Was traveling thru Payson and tho I’d try out this place and the food was alright but the guy that rang me up just seems like he didn’t wanted to be there, like every time I asked him questions his response seems very rude and looks and sounds like he just didn’t want to be bothered. I was gonna ask another question but just by his facial expressions and tone I just got my food and left! Was very disappointed because I order a 4pc the guy just gave me 2 small wings and a dried n’ hard brick (biscuit) Next time I’ll just try another place. I’ve tried other KKC love them but this specific one I’ll just keep on driving.

Got the last chicken tenders they had at lunch today (noon). Seems like they should have more chicken at lunchtime. The food was hot and good for gas stop fare.

It's fried chicken inside of a gas station. I think this is all you really need to know. It's a hole in the wall inside of a gas station that has absurdly crunchy chicken. This is not a upscale fancy eatery. This is grab your dinner while you fill up your car and enjoy your day. The chicken was on the scrawny side but had good flavor and excellent crunch. The biscuits are not great (reminds me of biscuits from a tin that are deep fried?) and the fries are so-so.

Forgot half our meal. We live 20 min away. Got home and realized half the food was missing. They don't have a phone to call to advise them we are missing our food. Can't drive all the way back to get them to fix it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. This is not ok. Worst experience ever. Will not go back.

This chicken has got to be some of the best, it rivals my mothers fried chicken.
They always are gone and closed before 6pm!!!! I've shown up at 6pm and no one is there! The fryers are all down and everyone is gone!!! Repeatedly. I've even called at 530 to place an order and they say they've already shut everything down!!!!

I've shown up at 1802 and everyone is gone and you can tell they've been closed for awhile! I love their cracklins but it's just a joke trying to get food there for dinner!

First time there and not the best experience. I was there at 4 pm and asked for a 4 piece white meat. He didn't have enough and never offered to cook more. Had to settle for mixed. Way overcooked. Red beans and rice was very good.

Horrible service. Chicken ok sometimes, but assistant manager told me if I didn't like the service to leav and not come back. I sure won't, nor would I ever recommend this place anymore. Too bad, the.owner of Payson Marketplace is a nice man, does he know he has a low class, foul mouth manager who closes early whenever she wants? Maybe? Maybe not.
