A surprisingly delicious, homemade, all American style restaurant honoring veterans and locals. Anyone passing through the area should swing by for some of the best ribs and ice cream in the entire area. Their pizza is also completely home made and decadent. If you have a sweet tooth also try their wide selection of pies. My complements to the chef and their military discount for veterans.

We walked into a fairly plain, empty restaurant for an early lunch. We ordered at the counter, got our own drinks and silverware and waited for our food. It took about 20 minutes since it is cooked from scratch as you order. As our meal was placed on the table, we were impressed with the thoughtful plating of all three dishes! Not what we expected! Even better, the food was amazing....really, amazing!! The coating on the fried fish was so light and crispy, some of the best I've ever had! The sweet potato fries were perfection! There wasnt any part of the meal that wasn't tasty!! Do yourself a favor and have lunch here!!

We both ordered the Doc Holliday. Great burger with fantastic huckleberry sauce on a nice sized brioche bun. I had onion rings, he had sweet potato fries. Both were decent. Definitely will be back to try the lobster roll and maybe some ice cream

Place is off the chain, truly mind blowing burgers and ribs. Truffle fries were insane. This will be the spot to eat every time I visit Payson from now on! Don't even hesitate to go here

1-27-22 & 2-5-22Our first visit was in January and a week later we brought a friend from work to eat at Lasso.Everything was outstanding soooo good ?. I had the Flatbread Pizza. My buddies had the 7oz burger and the Chicken Fried Steak. We were impressed with the consistent QUALITY that's important. So many times food is good one week and of poor quality the next. Not here. Greg was very helpful and is very personable. We will be telling all our Payson Pro Rodeo Committee members.Blessings, John

Stopped for lunch and Mac and cheese and apple pie were delicious. BLT pictured will be ordered again.

We stopped in on our way through Payson yesterday and was warmly greeted and served up hot and fresh food! My husband ordered the Lassi burger and said it was very good. The fries are home cut and tasty! I ordered the Farm girl salad, which was good, my only complaint was the chicken could have been marinated for a little more flavor. Great place to stop and get a bite to eat!

This place is a hidden gem that really needs to be utilized more. I was a little worried when it was super slow. But was quickly astonished with the sheer amount of enthusiasm and positive vibe from the workers. They will go above and beyond to make sure your food and exsperice is amazing. Amazing food. Amazing customer service and the prices are pretty good to!! Definitely worth a visit!

Truffle fries were soooo delicious! Can hardly wait till we visit Payson again so we can go to Lassos as well! Best home made from scratch food we have ever had!

Really good food and a cute place. The chicken and dumplings was super good, the chicken being very tender and had great flavor. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their fish n Chips, seemed to be the popular menu item people were ordering and they looked amazing. Recommend for sure!

It's definitely homespun a mom and pop type restaurant but when my wife and I being the second people in there that noon, every one of the workers, from the host, hostess, to the cook in back greeted us and made us feel welcome. And the atmosphere had a touch of '50s diner feel to it to include a soda ice cream bar.We had a small hamburger which was the size of other places large hamburgers, and fish and chips which were definitely homemade and delicious. If you're passing through about lunch time I definitely recommend this place..... It was a double thumbs up homerun for us at lunch time.

Great home cooked food. We ordered the Naan Bread BLT and Beer Battered Fish n Chips. Both were delicious. You could truly taste all the fresh ingredients. We took Chili to go that was the special that day just because it smelled so good. We were not disappointed when we reheated it the next night for dinner. It was a great dish as well. The restaurant is clean and has a comfortable and relaxed setting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to going again very soon.

We wait awhile to try this place and let the crowds die down. What a great eating experience, and will go back. Everything tasted superb ?. Give it a chance if you can.

Turned around to check this place out, it’s easy to miss coming into Payson. I was not disappointed. Quick and friendly service. Family owned. Food was great!Bonus is the patio is dog friendly.
