Went there for dinner with my husband and youngest son. I have celiac and they offered gluten free options, I got the wings and they were delicious. My son had a burger and my husband had the fish. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert, they offer a gluten free strawberry cake and I heard it is also delicious, but I don't know myself. Definitely will go back there the next time we take a drive up to Payson

The food was good, we had the New York Philly, Battered Cod Fillets & Ranch Hand Chicken Tenders. Nice chill location. Price wasn't bad for being in Payson. I would come back again.

We love Mackeys grill!! I’m a sucker for the chicken cheddar wrap with a side of wing sauce and the tater kegs!! They truly have the best burgers in town, and everything is fried in beef talow which is a super plus for us. You have to try the carrot cake or southwest cheesecake for dessert, both are to die for. They also recently started serving brunch, and the mimosas and chicken and waffles will have you licking your plate! Love the vibe and live music- just all around a great time!

Scott (if I remember his name correctly) took our drink orders quickly and answered all our questions. Even though we didn’t chat much, talking to him felt like talking with a friend — very relaxed and no judgment at all.
Food was delicious. I especially loved that they have a half sandwich, half soup option — gives you variety without going overboard on calories.
We were served by Shona. Lovely service … fabulous selection of food. Portions perfect.
I have the Patti Melt… good hearty USA food and not overloaded. Nice slaw too.
V’s Pastrami melt looked yummy.

This was our first visit to Macky’s Grill and we had a nice dinner.
My recommendations:
Sweet Tater Tots - you don’t find these often but when you do, you have to get them and theirs were so good!
Bleu Cheese Dressing - if you love bleu cheese, theirs is one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely made from scratch!
Corn Bread with Honey Butter - Straightforward, it’s tasty.
As far as entrees, the Salmon and Burgers were good. The Ribs I didn’t care for, but could be personal preference.
The atmosphere was great. The servers friendly. We had one issue and the servers went above and beyond to make it right. Definitely a place we will visit again on our next trip to Payson.

Lovely café with super chill servers. We entered standing awkwardly by the entrance because it was busy, but they made us feel acknowledged right away, which was nice.
