We stopped in for lunch, sat outside on the covered patio area which was nice because the weather was beautiful. Great customer service and good food! I will definitely visit again

We put our name in and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. I saw many empty tables and booths both inside and out. We waited outside, wondering how long? Then 3 people came in and were seated right away. We made a comment to a staff member . They got us menus, but when asked why we were snubbed, they had no answer. That is lousy customer service. But hey, we know where we won’t be eating in the future. Food was good, not great. And they “ran out” of french fries!

After a day of hiking we were lucky enough to choose this place to eat. We were immediately greeted with a smile and was given the option to choose our seating. It was superb weather and opted to dine in their spacious, outdoor area. Our waitress was pleasant and offered great advice for the categories of food we desired. We ordered the Chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough and the philly cheesesteak; both entrees and fries were awesome! We wish we had four stomachs so we could try the other options! A small thing that can be improvement is making sure the drinks are topped-off (respectfully). Great place, great food, and fun western-themed atmosphere. Can't wait to go again the next time we are in town. Thank you Macky's Grill! Oh, and it's also dog friendly for all you animal lovers (outdoor area).Kid-friendliness: Unmistakably family friendly. Dog friendly too in their outdoor area.

Cari is the best owner and we were lucky enough to have her serve us. 5 stars isn’t enough. She was great as was the entire staff.It truly was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. All four of us had great meals. Could not have been better. Really made our day after hiking at Tonto state park.

If you’re looking for a family restaurant where you can enjoy good music, good food, and good people, EAT HERE! You can sit inside or outside and enjoy good music in their cowboy themed environment where all of the staff is kind, helpful, and overall amazing. My girlfriend and I ordered burgers and fries (classic and bbq) and let me say this - idk if there’s a better burger in Payson. With fresh produce, perfectly grilled patties and toasted buns, you’ll be in heaven with every bite. The fries were perfect, the beers were cold, and the service was lovely. The top it off, treat yourself to their carrot cake - SO GOOD!

We went out to payson for my Boyfriends birthday and he really wanted a burger and this place gave us a BURGER! I got the Macky’s burger and my boyfriend got the Curly Joe burger. Both were super delicious! I usually will take my food home but this time I didn’t lol. I would say the produce was really fresh, the Pattie’s were charred but very juicy, and the buns were slightly toasted(which I love). Even my lemonade was really good and so were the fries. I would honestly go back again. We are actually planning a trip back in the next few months.Also service was really good. Everyone was really friendly!Last but not least, the carrot cake was definitely the best of all
Here we are again at Macky's Grill! Always a great place to stop after a bike ride, family owned, good food, great service, thank you Delaney, wings, fries and a chicken Cobb salad, how can you go wrong!

I ate there this morning with my sister and toddler and my dog, 3/28. We drove up from Mesa and we stopped there on a whim. Scott was our server and he is awesome. The type of person that makes you want to go back again and again to sit in his section. Friendly and personable and comfortable and kind. Protect him at all costs. I got the Avocado BLT and I don’t usually get BLTs cause they’re boring and scarce but this one was SO delicious and FULL and bacon was cooked perfectly. The sourdough… OMG. I will drive another hour and a half just for the BLT. My sister had the chicken Caesar wrap and said every bite had the perfect mixture of ingredients. The onion strings and fries were bomb too. Great place! We’ll be back hopefully sooner than later and I’m bringing my husband next time too. :)
