I have been getting my mother’s birthday cake here for several years. It’s the best cake. It’s the only cake my mother wants every year. She turned 89 this year and is in failing health. As her birthday approached (January 21st) I asked her what she wanted for her birthday. Her response was I just want my coconut cake that you get me every year. So I got in touch with the Pink Tree Bakery and they were amazing! The cake was delivered and devoured. My mother was so happy!...
