The food is consistent and reliable for breakfast. Coffee is basic yet plentiful. Service can be a little delayed when busy, but the food doesn't seem to slow down.

Great little spot if you’re hungry for some diner style breakfast. Coffee was perfect and my chicken fried steak was great just a little too much gravy for my liking. Hash browns were good just a little dry.

We live 18 hours from Payson but always eat here every year when we come to visit family. My husband has to have one of their enormous cinnamon rolls! Great home cooking, super service, and just a great experience.

Food overall was pretty good. Did get my order wrong adding to my burger but the barbecue sauce was killer so I mostly overlooked. They also have a monster cinnamon roll (bun) with icing piled on . . . Great treat; it probably weighs at least a pound or more. Great small town Cafe; I would recommend it to all.

I have to update you on food! I ordered crispy hashbrowns, and they came out almost raw. I asked the waitress to please take them back and ask the cook to crisp them
up for me. She came right back with hashbrowns that were so hard, and they actually have a bad odor. I could not eat them! I have eaten here for breakfast many times and don't think I will be back. What a shame.

Cold food, generic diner food, fake butter, fake syrup, fake creamer, cheap garbage coffee. lol, is there like a "i want a generic crappy diner" kit that people order from? Completely lacks love, character, or flavor. Is it really that hard to supply real food? Or must everything be a fake chemical to save money. Major disappointment.

Terrible service. The waitress was irritated with us from the beginning. We couldn’t even order food.

We stop in here EVERY time we are in Payson. Food is always good. Service is usually good, but this last time server was a little slow. Handed us our food with the check. I was going to buy a full pie and a cinnamon roll, but after she just handed us our check with our food, I honestly didn't want to spend another dime in here. We have been coming here since it was the Knotty Pine Cafe. After this experience, I am not sure if I want to come back. It was very disappointing this time around. Brought my Dad to eat on a family vacation, and you guys did NOT impress him at all.
