I've been eating here since it opened and the last few years the service and quality have gone down hill. Tonight I ordered $100 in pizza for a party that was cold when I picked it up. In the last two years I've dined in and waited an hour for pizza or received cold pizza almost every time.Edit to add the app told us the pizza would not be ready for 55 minutes when we ordered. So we arrived when we were told the pizza would be ready.

We ordered a cheese pizza on Sunday 2/4/23 at around 12 noon.My husband noticed that our pizza was sitting up on the counter ready for roughly 10 mins and no one called out to let us know. My husband goes up to the counter and asks of that pizza was ours and why no one told us it was ready (we like to open the box ASAP so that the pizza doesn't get soggy) so at this point the pizza was already soft and the "kid", the young man behind the counter literally laughed in my husbands face when he asked him why he didn't tell us the pizza was ready. The kid literally continued to laugh in his face like he couldn't speak English or understand what we were asking.This customer service was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. And then Im being told that my story is opposite of what happened. Hmmm fancy how that happens.

This place deserves zero stars. We visited last year, giving the benefit of the doubt to the staff, but today was a huge mistake. We ordered and paid over the phone, yet upon arrival, we were ignored for 15 minutes, and the staff was rude when they finally acknowledged us. To make matters worse, they claimed we hadn't paid and tried to charge us again. The entire order was incorrect, and we ended up overpaying. Save yourself the trouble and go with Pizza Hut or Domino's – cheaper and faster.
