My husband and I enjoyed our first meal at Rim Country today. Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! I ate my weight in delicious pizza, superb tasting brisket and a perfectly cooked baked potato. My husband had the 1/2 pound of chopped brisket and the most scrumptious fries topped with cheddar jalapeño sausage. We left in the most phenomenal food coma I think I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10
