I have lived in Payson for 25 plus years, rosatis is the best tasting pizza in town, and for very reasonable prices. Excellent variety, great service and how can you beat buy one get one free on Mondays.. This rosatis does not have a sitdown area. But dont let that stop you from takeout. Great pizza! We will be back.

I ordered the calzone. Had it stuffed with ricotta cheese, meatballs and marinara sauce. It was out of this world. I will definitely be ordering that again. The order was delivered in a timely matter. The driver is always so friendly. I really want to try the lasagna.
The Rosati's near my home closed down and I was so happy to find this location in Payson. The staff was so nice and friendly and OMG the pizza was fire.....I'm definitely going back next Saturday when I'm back in Payson for work...My new favorite place to eat is Payson.

It's a carry out location. On Wednesday, October 23rd I purchased a spaghetti for supper later as I was camping and didn't feel like cooking. I also got the lunch special which is a slice and a drink. Pizza was most obviously made hours before. Cheese was translucent and hard, the generous helping of pepperoni was dried out. I didn't get my soda, probably my fault but the kid behind the counter didn't suggest where to find said included soda. There's no indication that the refrigerator containing a few sodas was actually where you're supposed to retrieve your soda.
Later after setting up camp, I opened the bag containing my pasta and there was no utensils, the requested cheese and peppers, nor napkins. Disappointed because eating pasta with my fingers wasn't much fun. Also why did the garlic bread have a microwaved bread texture? The employee didn't seem to be too concerned with customer service, the location is cramped and "stuff" is piled everywhere. A little polish, some customer service training along with minimal expectations and requirements to continue employment and this place would be the Rosati's I know and love in other areas of the state.

Always looking for a good pizza place! This place is solid for passing thru Payton. Called ahead for a pepperoni pizza thin crust. The outside pieces were awesome the inside were a little soft. Ranch cups are big and great for dipping. Shop is small with little to no seating. THE SAUCE IS 10/10.

Good food! I ordered the calzone and cheesy breadsticks for myself and had enough leftovers to have for lunch the next day. The calzone was HUGE! However, I was taken aback to find when I got to the restaurant that it does not have dine-in seating as the description says. This is just a walk-up counter to order at with one small table outside the door that you could eat at if you want to. I had to bring my food back to the hotel and eat in my room.

We often stop in for take-out pizza on our way up to cooler weather from the valley. The employees are so friendly, both on the phone when ordering and in person. Pick up area is clean and the pizza is consistently delicious!
Dietary restrictions: My husband is gluten-free and he commented that this crust/pizza is tasty!
