The drive in lanes were closed. Only drive thru was open and it was slow. I placed an order ahead in the app and still waited 15 mins to get through the line.

drive thru very busy. staff was great.! awesome service. They were over whelmed. but funny. friendly and made the line wait worth it. the team tonight was fabulous!!! oh food good also

They have really good food here. The burgers seem high quality. Also, the price is reasonable and even better on the App. My favorite fast food joint here for sure.

I got a free sonic cheese burger with my first purchase using the app. I was expecting a small kid sized burger. I was wrong. The burger was HUGE and so effing delicious!!!!

Placed an online order when they "opened". I pull up and the worker (with attitude) gets on the speaker and tells me "Sorry we're closed. I canceled your order"Why would you be able to place on online order if you aren't open?

I love the slushes; my only wish was that there could be options for less caloric ones. I always order a coke zero slush with sugar free cherry addition added. I love that they are 1/2 price when ordering on the app.

We wanted to eat at Cedar Ridge restaurant in Mazatzal Casino, but it wasn't open Memorial Day for breakfast. So we tried Sonic. Granted, it wasn't as good as a restaurant's fare, but it was hot and filling and they were open!

You need a dill relish option and you need to change the oil for your fries. The fries tastes weird like it was cooked with old oil and they were room temperature.
It will hold you over til your next best food spot. I recommend deep fried stuff only and no burgers though. Drinks too but no ice cream stuff. Also worth the drive in spot to chill for a bit while you’re eating your deep fried comfortably.

Night crew is a joke! They forgot my chili dog, tots were old and burger just wasn't tasty. Called them to get my chili dog and new tots. Get home and it's a regular dog and they just dropped old tots back in fryer to make hot. Absolutely needs new management! Threw most of the food in the trash. I love wasting $30+

This Payson location can never seem to get the order correct, and the employees seem to be in a sour mood all the time! As I always placed my order through the Sonic app, there shouldn't have been ANY question about what I ordered! Since there were only 2 cars there at that time, mine included, it's not like they were that busy!!I received condiment packages that were not what I asked for and none of the ones I did ask for and my peach ice tea (that I paid an extra $1.20 for extra, extra peach) had no peach syrup in it at all!! I also asked for light ice and they gave me full ice in both drinks (which waters it down). Since I was on my way to an appointment in Phoenix, I didn't discover any of this until I was already back on the road.My fault for not checking the order before I left, but I trust these places to get the order right, especially since I sent it in through the app and all they had to do was refer to it!!Will avoid this particular Sonic in the future!!

We were pulling a 5th wheel. My husband dropped me off so I could order at the stand alone up on front of the store. They wouldn't allow us too said we had to order thru drive thru. So I went and stood at drive thru. They said we couldn't. We had to pull around to the drive thru order and get out of the car and pay and get our food. Which would have been the same thing if they just let me order at the stand alone. There was no difference. Horrible service. Not RV friendly at all. You would think being in a town that sees lots of RVs they would be more accommodating. We cannot just pull in anywhere. Never again will I deal with this place. Very rude.
