The staff works hard but there is usually 1, rarely 2 people up front during lunch rush. Insanely long lines. 3rd time I’ve ordered on the app and it’s 30min+ late. Today I ordered 40 minutes before my lunch break and I never got my sandwich before I had to go back to work.

I feel bad for the people working here. This place is terribly understaffed.

Go to the Walmart location which is 2 minutes away. It’s usually far less busy.

Honestly I can't give them Even one star. I ordered a sandwich with a meal and the Oreo cookie soda and they delivered to me is 6 in piece of bread with lettuce and tomato on it. Do not go to Subway. Go to somewhere else. Trust me

This location has been insanely slow and understaffed for years. I thought the app worked. But today I was notified the order was ready for pickup ar 140pm. I show up at, 146. No sandwiches! Three people working and when one was standing by register with noone. I asked where they were. He stares and says you'll be next. I told him I ordered and it was ready at 140pm. He said when this group is done (3 sandwiches) they would get mine together. 22 minutes later I'm waiting for my sandwiches! I get retail work isn't fit everyone. But how the hell does it take 7 minutes to cook sandwich in microwave for 40 seconds and add toppings. How could anyone working come here? When I had hour lunch I had to order on app to be able to eat what I got here. 90 miles from civilisation is the only reason this place can still be open. Payson deserves much better service

Got two sandwiches. Bread was stale and hard, and they were very stingy with the toppings. I've eaten my fair share of Subway, this was by far the worst.

Wouldn’t let us use the bathroom during business hours. Apparently this is his store. We were here at 8:22pm on the 4th of January. I cancelled my order and left ( my girlfriend needed to use the bathroom). You guys close at 10pm. They already mopped the floors at 8:15pm, while operating. Remember it’s better having skeleton ( small amount of staff) crew with people that want to be there rather than filling the store up with people that don’t want to be there. You’re just throwing money away. If they’ve done this with much aggression imagine how many times before this has happened, in fact the previous review stats the same issue, it’s literally your money.
I really don’t care, we’re just passing through. We’ll probably never be here again, but it’s worth that you should know.
Fire them and find new ones.

I did think I’d ever have a bad subway experience but this is incredibly bad. Missing several ingredients, poor service, etc. just avoid this place!

They don’t allow people to use their restrooms if you’re not buying food. Just hope they can put a sign on the door to let people know instead of waiting for 10 minutes for them to finish their work.

Right off the bat they told our family of 6 that they were out of olives, ham and bacon. So 3 of our family members went across the street to order food from Arby’s instead. They came back to eat with us, and employees told us outside food was not alllowed. We all left immediately. Won’t be coming back.

What happened?? I've been coming here for over a year and for the last 3+ months, EVERY time I've ordered they're out of spinach, olives, and sometimes more ingredients. Seriously?

What they do have in stock is often very old and wilted or frozen with lots of ice on it (looking at you, cucumbers). The quality has gone downhill so much over the last 3-6 months.

The staff is very dismissive now, they will refuse to let people customize their subs if they're ordered in the app (you can't customize halves of the sub in the app but that's the only way to apply coupons), and the bathrooms have keypad locks BUT they don't have a code. Instead, a staff member needs to unlock the bathroom for you. Is it really that bad here?!

What once was a joy to visit is now a severe disappointment. Don't let the remodel fool you, it's awful now.

I hope the staff work gets fired, period. After waiting ten minutes in line with clear indications that the staff can barely manage focus or get anything done. Then my pregnant spouse was refused access to the bathroom until we purchased anything. Mind you no one can purchase anything due to the employees incompetence. I will never be back, the staff were lucky I didn’t decide to piss on the floor in my way out. Thank you subway!
