We picked this location because it was open late. We were coming in from a long drive and my pregnant wife wanted to sit down and eat a tasty sandwich. We had started ordering when the lady in the front said "the lobby was closed." For reference, we had ~30/40 minutes before the restaurant closure; the woman at the front just didn't want to take another 60 seconds clean the table after us. Also there were other people sitting down and eating. All that to say, we decided to go somewhere else to have sit down dining. The lady proceeded to make hostile comments as we left.Typically Subway service is excellent and the food is delicious. Tonight's experience was appalling.

I visit this particular subway every time I pass by Payson, Az. I often visit the area for the lakes and great hiking trails and this is a great stop both before and after a day of excursions. It is conveniently located right off the main town road that connects to the freeway.Customer service & food:Every time I have visited I have received a warm welcome. The staff is friendly and have always been very courteous. I always like to ask questions about nice places to visit in the area and they don't act rude or disrespectful. They take a minute or two to talk to me and make me feel welcomed.The food itself is always spot on, have yet to get an order that is wrongly prepared. I have even ordered ahead and still received my order correctly. They are always well stocked in thermal of meats, cheeses, condiments and veggies.Overall great food, friendly staff, clean facilities, and fast service!

This site leaves a lot to be desired. Sent my order in an hour ahead and it was not ready for pick up. I had to wait for them to complete it. Poor facility!

The manager tyler Was very rude and non professional and disrespectful inappropriate with all of his female workers and customers anytime I asked for anything it was short and cut answers the place is very dirty not my first experience in the store with a incident when I finally got my food I asked for my table to be clean and my answer was I just did them will not be going back in very disappointing and do not recommend
