Last time ever at a subway. Eat at subway often. Was at the Payson AZ location using the Tesla superchargers in there lot. Went in to use bathroom was you have to make a purchase first before we can let you use the bathroom. Subway will never see another dollar from me.

This Subway is located conveniently in a Walmart. Plenty of parking outside, including accessible parking. I think with more foot traffic, this one probably has fresher food- if anything at least the veggies were more well-stocked at this location. However, as I came in a on weekday, the service was a bit slower and it took around 10 or so minutes of waiting. I will say though person working there was very friendly and he took care to package all the food and make sure everything looked good. He even recommended some pretty good sauces- yum for the chipotle one. In the end, the food was pretty good and it lasted me two meals!

I walked in with my family of 8 the cashier told us immediately my manager doesn't like big orders. Already a red flag it's 8 sandwiches not that hard. We tried to order and the cashier who was just counting change and money walks over to help. Grabs the gloves and rubs her hands all over them. I asked her to stop and throw them away and please go wash her hands. She then rolled her eyes and huffed like a kid. At that point I walked out and will not be back we will be contacting corporate about this. Hopefully the owner cares more then the workers. Btw this was Sunday July 7th 2024 so just happened.

This subway is inside Walmart, which is super convenient for shopping. But what made the experience over exceptional was the worker. Her name was Robbie, and she was so kind and personable. Being around people like her is the reason I will always pick this establishment, especially at a franchise.Thank you for being you Robbie!
