This taco bell just keeps going downhill as far as customer service. The entire time we stood there and waited, out of 5 employees, not one said hello, welcome in or asked if we needed help. There was even a guy dressed up that left the back shortly after we walked in, some sort of management I'm guessing, even he didn't bother to say anything. Two separate people walked out while we were waiting because nobody asked them if they needed help. They need serious help with customer service skills.

Plenty of parking in front and there's accessible parking. It's located in the Basha's plaza, so it's easy to find. The drive through was pretty quick and not crowded at all even on the weekend. Their burrito was pretty good- not too hot and not too cold- just the right temperature to eat on the go. I also like how they didn't go too heavy on the rice and beans in the burrito. It tasted pretty good and they also were thoughtful to include a nice handful of napkins in the bag.
Vegetarian options: They have bean burrito and cheese enchilada.

Placed mobile order upon entering facility, all quoted 10 minutes, 20 minutes later still not done and customers that ordered using in store kiosk after we ordered were served way before us. Not sure why the delay but they need to figure their system out! Will not return when visiting area again.

This taco bell has gotten so cheap with value as price went up. I've never seen such a skimpy nacho. The menu changes Everytime I come here, once you like something, it's gone. I wish they would maintain stability like other fast foods. The only good thing I can say is that they change their hours within the last year but it's probably to rejuvenate all the other losses.
My food was good but not what I ordered. The store was clearly understaffed. The young man, "Caleb", was running the drive thru and also took our order at the counter. Mid sentence ordering our food, Caleb just turns and walks away to go take a drive thru order. Never has this happened to us before.

They say open till 1:00 but here at 11:59 on Friday and they are closed their hours say 7 to 12 on the drive-thru window but the hours for updated 4 weeks ago on this site from the business obviously they're not current enough because I did not get my food thank you McDonald's!!! you were great

We did not go inside we only went to the drive-thru but the service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and tasted very good
Fast food has become comical. The small nacho cheese I ordered with my fries was literally not even halfway filled. In addition to that, I told them I wanted fire sauce twice over the intercom. Drove away and had no sauce in the bag.

Something is wrong with the staff here. Drive thru person was barely comprehendable, like a mumble with a studor but not the born with kind, no the im as high as a kite kind. The food didn't taste right, made me sick as hell Thank-you taco bell.

Service was friendly, but extremely slow. Tables had not been cleaned in a while, and some were pretty nasty. Food was really good. Had to go back for the sauces we ordered that they didn't put in the bag.

I had a chicken bowl, 2 crispy taco's, both cold like just came out of fridge.and I only live 1/4 Mile away. I've had the bowls before and were good this on was pathetic
