received just an absolutely godawful coffee. it was an iced coffee but they obviously just mixed instant coffee into cold water. there was coffee powder floating in it. this place used to be good, it's sad what it's become

So I'm dead set in the middle here. We came to payson on a trip and the second day came here for coffee. The coffee was great like really great even though a bit expensive. Over 20 for 2 coffees is a bit much but it's vacation who cares. The problem was we were excited to go up stairs or sit down and talk about it and our plans for the day but as soon as we ordered they said we have to shut down for an issue and leave. So we left, I would have rather got my money back and went to sit at Starbucks or at least not charged here if I was getting kicked out.

Stopped in The Shroom Room on my way down to Phoenix from Payson. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and love the mushroom decor and gifts around the seating areas.
Adri greeted me right when I got in the door and I was very impressed by her knowledge of mushrooms and her ability to express the benefits and features of their many cool unique coffees, Teas, and drinks! Can’t recommend her enough as a great employee/person!
Will definitely be coming back EVERY time I’m in or passing through Payson!

Amazing! Cute little cabin with an upstairs area and a nice sitting room. Plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax as well. Coffee was delicious and so was the Snow White tea. The wife really love the atmosphere and how beautiful everything was.

Keagan was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and the coffee was to die for! Me and my best friend stopped here on our long road trip to grab a coffee and a snack! The coffee was amazing I got an iced lavender latte! My best friend got the Paycom 5k. The barista was super knowledgeable and I would go back if Im ever in the area!
This cafe is so groovy and relaxing. I had a smoothie, so tasty. Now I have another excuse to drive up to Payson 🌲 🍄 😊

It started off by chance, my son saw the little mushroom outside and curiosity sparked us to check it out. We love that they serve adaptogenic drinks. If you are familiar, you’d know that they are a true rarity to come by! The drinks are delicious and they always have the cutest retail items. The atmosphere is cozy and they are child friendly. When it’s just me and my son we like to go upstairs and draw pictures and play the musical instruments. They also have a lounge area downstairs that reminds me of a gypsy hideaway. The customer service here is amazing and it’s not the fake smiles like you’d get from Starbucks or Dutch, these people are genuinely the chillest crew I’ve ever met. We have made it a family tradition to stop off here and grab some drinks whenever we’re in Payson or just passing through. This place is always a great highlight of our trip!
