We just had a great experience at the Diamond Creek before our hike down to the falls. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and was able to find something on the menu. They were very accommodating to my goofy order. If that isn’t enough to sell you in stopping here the service was incredible! Delfina (I hope I am spelling that right) was PHENOMENAL! She was incredibly sweet and made our dinner a 10/10 just based on her service :)
It is a small, clean restaurant attached to a lovely hotel. It looked to be a local favorite, with many hotel guests ordering food to go. We LOVED the Indian taco; the bread was crispy on the bottom and soft on the top. *SKIP the nacho appetizer = cold Hormel canned chili over chips, cheese did not melt -

Delfina was our server and she went above and beyond providing 5 star service. It made our meal so enjoyable and we felt like we were a guest in her home. She anticipated our every need and we walked away a smile on our face. All of this on top of excellent food that will fuel us for our hike tomorrow!
