I liked this restaurant a little better when the menu was heavily Hualapai flat bread based, but it's still good. The staff is very nice and solicitous. I got the Hualapai burger, which was huge and easily worth the money.
Stew is a complete ripoff. It was watered down hamburger grease with no piñon nuts, squash, or chunks of beef. Would be 1 star, except the fry bread was excellent -- large, hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside
This place came highly recommend for authentic Hualapai Taco. I initially thought they were called Navajo tacos. Fantastic experience. Loved my fry bread taco with vegetarian toppings. We also tried the chicken Hualapai taco option, it too comes with rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream on the side.
