“Our experience at the Sky View Restaurant was nothing short of wonderful. My husband and I spent nearly two hours enjoying a slow, relaxing afternoon in what turned out to be one of the best spots in the Grand Canyon West area.
We were seated at a corner window table with stunning views on two sides—overlooking both the breathtaking canyon and the Skywalk. It was the perfect vantage point for soaking in the scenery and people-watching, all while staying cool in the clean, comfortable, air-conditioned dining room.
We ordered a bottle of wine and the apple pecan salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The wine was crisp and well-paired with the light, flavorful salad—an unexpectedly delightful dining experience in the middle of the desert.
The service was attentive and gracious without being intrusive, and we never felt rushed. Instead, we were encouraged to enjoy the view, sip our wine, and savor the moment.
Sky View is a must-do if you’re visiting the canyon and want a serene, elevated break from the heat and crowds. We’ll remember this experience as one of the highlights of our Grand Canyon trip.“

“Guano Point offers truly incredible 360° views of the Grand Canyon, it feels like you’re standing in the center of it all. The walk up to the top is a little steep and can feel scary if you’re afraid of heights, but the panoramic view waiting at the top is absolutely worth it. You can see the canyon stretching endlessly in every direction, with the Colorado River winding through the layers below. It’s one of the most dramatic and open viewpoints at Grand Canyon West, and easily one of the highlights of the trip.“
