Fe Skillet is a small restaurant in Sunsite, AZ, offering amazingly delicious home cooked meals. The food is homemade and organic, with locally sourced ingredients when possible, and the restaurant does not use pork. A unique spice combination, including rosemary in many dishes, brings out great flavors. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely delicious, with a nice rich white gravy, and the large order is the best some have ever had. A small skillet with eggs, bacon, and sausage is fresh, seasoned, and delicious. The baked goods, including a scone and cinnamon roll, are amazing. The owner, Mrs. Erica, is one of the nicest people and cooks everything to order, so it takes time but is worth it. The environment is small, peaceful, and intimate, family oriented. Prices are very reasonable. It is probably the best breakfast some have had in Arizona in two years, and customers can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
