We went to eat here and my kid ordered a salad. They received the butt of the lettuce. The manager came and provided a discount and spoke to her chefs. It was pretty disgusting, but she did a good job handling the situation.

Well now I can say I have been the worst Applebee’s in the USA this place absolutely sucks the food was horrible service was horrible and the place looks dirty no wonder it was not many people there

I have NEVER experienced service like this before. The waitress was running behind (which the manager knew about) and we were sat on the other side of the restaurant where there were no other people. We had a group of 11 and no one helped this waitress. The manager on duty sat and was not doing ANYTHING. This waitress didn’t get any help from anyone. No teamwork at this store! The food came out anywhere from 15 minutes with two plates coming out at a time all the way to 45 minutes. Our group didn’t eat together. Half our family was already done eating before the rest of the food came out. No sense of urgency knowing there were 5 kids as well. No silverware/napkins/ def didn’t get any refills/ and slow service. The manager is at fault with not helping his team out. He came to the table and just said they were short staffed. I understand why they are “short staffed” the manger could have stepped up. Do NOT go here. Stay away.

When we first sat down we got no water with our food. Took too long for Leah C. To bring out our food. Then the food was cold. She forgot my nieces mashed potatoes and brought them out cold. Then the last straw was when I asked for bbq sauce to go and she said that will be 50 cents extra. I've never been charged for sauce to go. She was very slow as well I will not be coming back. If she had multiple tables and could not handle us she should of asked someone to take us. Look at the chicken tenders 48 dollars for nothing!

I’m surprised this place hasn’t closed. It use to be so good and clean and good service. It’s dirty, management sucks and food is gross now. Makes me sad. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. No one cares there.

I had a fantastic experience at Applebee's thanks to our server, Dillion! They were super friendly, professional, and made sure our table had everything we needed. Dillion was attentive without being overbearing, and their positive energy really made our visit enjoyable. The food came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. Great service like this makes all the difference—thank you, Dillion!

The food quality has just been going down at Applebees in last couple years weather your in surprise or arrowhead or phoenix it’s just not the quality it was and definitely doesn’t change the oil in there fryers much !! But bartender was amazing at arrowhead and makes a great martini……

My wife and I ordered food to pick up tonight and we got a burger and chicken tenders. My wife's burger was still raw inside, even though we asked for it to be NO PINK. When she bit into it, all you saw was pink. She even cut it open just to make sure it was just a coincidence. She tried to call to let them know what happened, but it was already 11:30pm so the phones were off.

Over all we had excellent service and most of the food was very good...... However the reason for only 4 stars is because 1. When we first got there there was no seating directions and no host which made it awkward. 2. 2 there was an unknown substance in one of our cubes of ice. 3. The co slaw was terrible. 4. They ran out of the blacked shrimp. The ribs the boneless chicken and the quesadilla where 🔥
Food was good . Took a little while to get the food . But it was worth the wait . Steak was tender . Waitress was nice n kno

Restuarant air conditioning is freezing. Food delivered cold and under cooked. Server took 15 minutes to come back with extra ranch dressing another 10+ minutes to bring us drink refills. Men's room looks like someone patched a well and never finished the work. Restaurant was mostly empty, but kitchen was very slow, server inattentive and we won't be back. I could've served myself, cooked my own food and it would have been done faster, tasted hotter and I wouldn't have to wait for something as simple as a drink refill. This was excessive.

While the food was fantastic, our experience with Anessa, our server, was disappointing. She lacked the warmth and energy we look for in service, and it really impacted our family's enjoyment of the meal. We hope she finds more happiness in her work. We'll probably go to Texas Roadhouse for our next family dinner.
