Came in around 12 this afternoon and witnessed a red head lady with a tattoo sleeve have a major altercation with a younger employee who visibly seemed upset. The red hair lady threw a bag of food at this young girl and she simply continued on working but obviously looked uncomfortable and distraught. Please evaluate who works for your establishment. I wish i could have gave that poor employee a Tip and an apology on her behalf.

Staff having issues keeping up with orders, took forever to get one meal and forgot to put dipping sauce in the bag. Also rude customers cutting in line in the middle of my order demanding food be fixed.

So the visibly old man who took our order of a RB double had a sauce modification, a Half pound meal with a sauce mod, and a dbl bacon meal with sauce mods and everything else was done but don’t tell in your old age you can press a button on a simplified menu…just quit now and retire do every one a favor who wants what they requested and intentionally paid for. For reference the order was placed at KBP-01176-AZ-Peoria, Arby’s #1176 5/18/25 at 9:19:14p order #255, and I know this family who made this order made sure he was heard and confirmed…so before your employee at the register “Tyler” was at, and tried to backpedal, yeah try again….lets see if we go back there are other Arby’s out there for sure and can probably find better service, hell tbh try the churches on Glendale and 55th Ave or so it’s gas and you get what you ask for. Worst thing is that the sauce were asked for and it didn’t even make it to the receipt
Staff has no hospitality at all. I ordered from the app for pickup and when I go to pick up my food I give the cashier my name and he asks for my confirmation so I show him and then he goes I need to see your name on it. I told him I wasn’t sure what he needed from me because I’m showing the screen I got right after I checked out. He then doesn’t say a word and just pushes the bags to me. On top of that when I get home I discover that the order is wrong. I ordered 2 of the ham and swiss melt combos and was given 2 ham and cheese sliders. I didn’t appreciate being charged $10 for sliders that are normally around $2. Had to give the food a one because I didn’t get to eat any since I had to give my son both sliders since we were expecting sandwiches.

They were great gave me a shake I am there every day after work, I get shakes of chocolate shake, no whipped cream. They are never rude. Arby’s has the best chocolate shake with no whipped cream. Everybody should try one. I pay for them every day though they gave me one.

So, I love Arby's but not this location. I got there before the lunch rush for a take out order and was there for 45min. Not only that they gave me wrong food. Watching the staff was like watching chaos unfold before my eyes. It was like watching someone try to heard kittens. I would go back to get my money back but after what I saw, I would spend more money in my time just waiting. Most disappointing experience I've had in a very long time.
