Arby's is slowly gone further and further downhill. The quality, the customer service, the cleanliness. This is not the store i used to go to when I was a child.

Food was cold and was told to park even though there was no one in the line behind us and ended up going inside and there is at least 5 people just walking in circles in the kitchen until 1 noticed I walked in and she grabbed my food that was made and sitting on the counter. Absolutely lazy and rude.

Food and everything was great but I have to admit I’m a bit disappointed in how the employees were treating their coworker Michael. There seemed to be a lot of making fun of him and yelling at him and it was hard to watch. At one point they commented on how he hadn’t restocked ranch and said something like “I know how hard it is to grab little ranch cups” sarcastically and everyone started laughing. It made me very sad to see the way they were treating him especially in front of customers.

Your workers at this location need to be educated on what you guys serve. I was informed they don't make an Arby melt as no one knew what it was. I walked out. Won't be returning.
The last time I came here the guy in the drive through said “order when you’re ready” so I said ok and then checked the menu. I decided what I wanted and started going through my order. After two meals in he gets on the intercom and says I didn’t hear anything you just said. So I told him that you told me to order when ready and then had to repeat everything. Then when I got to the window he hands me medium drinks and I said no I ordered larges and he says “no you didn’t” rudely and pulls the receipt and says see you ordered medium. So I then tell him that I ordered larges TWICE and I would know what I ordered and my wife repeats that I said large and he just shuts the window on me. I avoid this Arby’s if I can which sucks because it’s nearby.
