We went here, in the drive throw, we ordered three meals ordered large. We got medium, our sandwiches had a funny taste and texture and the french fries was cold. How can it be like that when they have to make it at that time. The bottom of the bag was soaked. Never had problems with y’all but this time we did. One of my favorite places to eat. Taking a break.

I ordered the Hawaiian roll turkey sandwich and when I got home it was a plain roast beef instead. If I lived closer I would have taken it back, but it would be inconvenient. Please do better. It was one meal to get correct.

Wanted a classic roast beef sandwich with cheddar because I'm not a fan of the onion bun & extra sauce on the beef & cheddar.Guy went through the trouble of offering to sub those items out of the beef & cheddar because it was a little cheaper. I said sure. They gave me 2 regular beef & cheddars anyway.Extremely annoying, Arby's is absolute garbage now. This is my first time eating there in a few years. Stopped a long time ago because the food & service went off a cliff. Still garbage, don't waste your time.+ the roast beef was nowhere near thinly sliced. This was my main gripe a few years ago. The thickness of the roast beef ruins the sandwich. It used to be really thin and soft/fluffy. Now it's basically bologna-thick with melted cheese on it. Disgusting.

I rarely order out so when I do it would be nice to get what I ordered. Got 3 sandwiches with extra Arby's sauce, no sauce or ketchup in the order. Not 1.I ordered a side of cheese sauce and got a slice on a sandwich. Not at all what I wanted. Very disappointed. This is the 2nd time something like this happen at your location. Not recommended at all

I remember Arby's to be a delicious different fast food alternative to burgers in the 90's and 2000's... Now, I'm disappointed with the quality. The roast beef sandwich is fine/good, but making size options i think what you used to be served as the norm, is now an upgraded size and co$t and just not the same i feel.I tried the new "fried macaroni n cheese bites"..... YUCK! First they maybe used to much oil or it sat to long in it, it was soaked in oil, yuck. Second, after even pressing and getting some oil off, the Mac n cheese itself flavorless! Nothing to keep on the menu IMO.And taking away the potato cakes i feel was a disservice to them.... they were so good and nice to have a different option from fries. So that i was bummed about.Now the location on 91st Ave..... yes we came near closing time, however the kids working were messing around and the manager on duty i felt was rude to my partner ands the kind of vibe that she hates her job was rubbing off!Overall a disappointing experience at the Arby's i one enjoyed very much so.

Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon sandwich through the drive thru, got home and saw that what I actually got was a bread, mayo, lettuce, and bacon sandwich. Don't come to Arby's often, and this didn't help.

I mistakenly ordered a mobile order to this location instead of Union Hills and when I called the manager John answered and helped me with it. He had me ask if they would remake the order for me which the Union Hills would not do. He than personally called the location and had them make the order for me. This was such an amazing extra step. I work right by the Union Hills location and I will only drive to Peoria now just for this service
