I've never had even one bad experience at Arby's. They also send out good coupons. Usually, you get 2 beef & cheddars for $5, and that's a good deal for those too! And always a large curly fry. And get their Arby's sauce, its good on almost everything.
I think beef and cheddars should be on the recommended list btw. Enjoy!

The staff ignored us. Then, they said be right with you and turned and walked away. The drink machine was broken. We left without ordering because they kept ignoring us and we were the only customers in there. Not a good impression.

I got a chocolate shake and it was sooooo good but I also say in the drive through line with the sun blaring in my eyes for 17 min . I have no idea why when I asked what was going on I was ignored.
A beef and cheddar as good as I remember. You would think my favorite fast food sandwich from thirty years ago when we worked worked summer jobs in high school wouldn’t stand up. But with it on the 2 for $7 menu I couldn’t pass up on a deal. It was as big and salty and cheesy-sweet beefy as it was back then. Great service and a nice clean place. I’ll be back!

Order using the app to try the burger they're making a big deal about. I only ordered 1 burger. I arrived 5 min early, so i sat in the parking lot until 1 min after my given pickup time. The burger wasn't ready at the time I was provided. It wasn't cooked until I got there. There was no line inside and only 2 cars in driventhru. There wasn't a rush of online customers walking in to pick up food. Really, there's no reason for the delay that I could see. I get McDonald's for my kids. I can place 3 full orders on the app and the food is in my car within minutes of checking in on their app and they walk it out to me with a smile. Never fails.
The gentleman at the counter was working both drive-thru and walk-in orders. He was very nice and apologetic for the delay but really did nothing to make up for the delay.
Quality of the burger was a letdown and not worth the wait or the price.
