Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a try. The service was decent. She allowed me to taste the sauce (honey habenero) to decide if I wanted. I did a split order of 10 wings, no sides. Half dry rub and half honey habenero.Once the wings arrived, the dry rub wings were wet and the wings looked dry and overcooked. I refused the order and the server told me "that's how the dry rub is". I informed her that DRY rub is not wet with oils and sauce on the foil.(I wish I'd snapped a photo before sending them away). I asked for a manager, then the wings were taken away for a replacement. Ironically, someone dining in while I was waiting had dry rub wings. I inquired about the condition and they were dry..and what I'd ordered. This made no sense. Anyhow, finally the replacement came and I left. Upon dining at home, they were actually okay.Parking: The parking lot is extremely dark and the area is busy

The person taking my phone call was so rude that she hung up on me and didn't take my order. Then when I called back,I called at least 10 times and it went to Voicemail. The 11th time I called, they picked up and she denied hanging up on me. Very rude and aggressive manner. I will never order that again.

Ugh, unfortunately.. a bad review. I should have read the others first. Came here before, wasn’t too bad, got my food it was fine enough. THIS time, I ordered online early for pick-up. I get here, place is empty again (sign) and they haven’t even started my order. Man asked me what I ordered and showed me a paper due to language barrier. Then someone came in the door and asked if I’m here for an order, finally it was ready.. took my food and left. Oh and the “special”ain’t a deal, if you have to choose between a drink or fries, just make it a basket! Never again. Sorry yall, wanna support but the business is trash. ??♀️

there was nats by the kitchen door and bathroom, over by the drinks it smelt like something was going bad, chicken was hard, fries were okay, immediately gave us a stomach ache.
Went here for lunch in July 2023 and was served raw chicken. The moment I noticed the pinkness of my chicken, I tossed everything and left. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the man that took my order was very friendly.

So first time we ever tried this franchise was the one in Surprise, so we were excited to see the one closest to us re-opened. Walked in and noticed that the people dining in had no food on the table. Yes, every table! People that were ordering to go, were getting their food right away. Shouldn't the food be served in order taken regardless of to go or dine in??? Floors were dirty, I had to clean the table myself! And there were more tables than chairs. Pretty sure the AC wasn't even on, as we sweated bullets while waiting for our food to come out. Note to self, drive to the Surprise location if I want quality food, cleanliness and courteous service. New management needs to do better and get this place properly staffed.

TERRIBLE service and food. I'm a very fair person when I'm judging the food I eat, without underselling and overselling it the quality of the food and service. But HOLY HELL.(Quick info) - Called about messed up order, guy who answered was incoherent and mumbling as if he was high and couldn't comprehend anything. Mentioned I didn't receive all the chicken I ordered, and I wanted to get it another time. He said he wasn't sure, and said to come down and get my remaining chicken, then mumbled something about a manager wasn't there. And after repeating myself A LOT that I didn't have time, and that I just want my name down for it to be fixed another day, he finally accepted to "help" me out and just write my name down.I ordered food online for pickup, got back home and was ready to eat before I had plans. Not only did they not give me ALL the chicken strips I ordered, but whoever is cooking the food has an extremely heavy hand on the seasoning and salt. I love my seasoning, but If I can't eat my fries or chicken without having to scrape off some of the seasoning and having to soak my food in sauce or dip to eat it, something's wrong. Fries and chicken were still very oily, which, tasted like they hadn't cleaned their oil in a long while or worse. Nearly 2 hours after eating, I still have the nasty oil taste in my mouth.
