I’m visiting Arizona from Chicago and I found this place on Instagram. I went at 8 pm to try their concha with ice cream, it says online and on the door that they close at 9 pm. They were closed way before that. Such a disappointment!

I would give this amazing ice cream shop and 5 star. But the only thing I have to complain about. Is that the people running the place for the owners is closing the place during the posted hours of operation. We have went there numerous times during open hours and seen the place closed either early or in the middle of the day. Other than this. The ice cream and the customer service is just impeccable.

I was really, really looking forward to checking this place out based on the reviews. We went in Sunday night. The service was meh. The girls were attentive and came from the back when we got there (place was deserted) but they were obviously less than thrilled that someone interrupted whatever they were doing. I tried to be friendly, kind of asked a few questions. It was my first time there so I was trying to get some suggestions out of someone. No dice. They wanted the transaction over quickly, so I obliged. I got the Bunuelo nachos with pistachio and coffee ice cream. My daughter got a cookies and cream shake. The shake was good. She liked it. I found it average. The bunuelos in my nachos were delicious, I was afraid they would be stale, they were not. However, the ice cream was icey. It had ice crystals in it instead of being creamy as though it had defrosted and refroze. Really masked the flavor of the ice cream. Maybe those flavors don't sell that much? I really so wanted to like this place. Maybe it was an off night? I wanted to try that horchata latte, but not if it just sounds good and isn't actually good.

My banana Nutella milkshake was delicious! And the decor is super cute and clean. I wasn't crazy about the staff though, that's the only reason I'm rating 4 stars. The ladies there couldn't care less about the customers.

we got the ice cream nachos twice and they were so good both times!! HIGHLY recommend the strawberry cheesecake ice cream, it was amazing and tasted fresh!

This is my all time favorite candy store. I love the service as well, they are always so sweet! And every single candy I've ever tried here has been delicious! Best quality!

One of my favorite spots in the west valley to get Mexican desserts. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and is 100% authentic. Everything on the menu looks very appealing so it can be hard deciding on what to get. One of the employees recommended the gansito sundae and it tasted very good. They have many topping options so that's a plus. I would suggest sharing any sundae with a friend because they're petty big. The horchata latte was my favorite beverage. Aside from the Instagram worthy snacks, I was really amazed with how well the customer service is here. The staff truly believes in their products and are more than happy to serve you. Everything felt genuine and that can be rare these days.

If you're looking for a fun dessert place you've found it. I went basic and got the nutella and banana shake. It was exactly what I wanted. The buenelo nachos were so much freaking fun with all the toppings that you can go with. The chips were perfectly fried and it wasn't that old oil that you get sometimes. Try the butter pecan ice cream.

Wanted a a sundae and found thi place. The bunelo nachos and mangolada was awesome. First time here, definitely not our last !! Yum so many ice cream flavors to pick from.

I like the concept but the concha I ate tasted slightly stale and the ice cream wasn't authentic.....service was a little below average. Not really worth our 30 minute drive.

Cute place, very clean, the staff were very nice and welcoming. I got Abuelita, and Puna Colada, and pancakes. Sooooo good. It was a 40 min drive and so worth it. Recommend for sure !
