We came here to support a fundraiser and tried their sub sandwich and it was just ok. Cheap meats and not full of meat. Came back to try the pizza and crust looked really good but it was a bit doughy except for the very edges of the crust. Toppings were yummy but overdid the sauce. We ordered from Barro's tonight for the first time. We ordered the white 12 inch pizza with wings. It was so delicious. We added garlic as well . Loads of cheese. We like thin crust and it held up well. It was enough for 2 people and still had leftovers. The chicken wings were decent. We ordered no sauce on the wings. We like to get a few different sauces to go along , but hubby forgot to add sauce to the order. Will be ordering again fro. Barro's .
I lived in the Phoenix area for 3.5 years in the early 2000s, and never had gone here for pizza. Wow, what a mistake I made in doing that. I would put this pizza up against any of my other favorites from the Phoenix area as being right at the top of the list. I'm glad I saved some leftovers for the following day, because I got to enjoy it twice in 2 days. Excellent pizza! Don't miss a chance to order from this place if you get the chance! 🍕🍕
