If there is zero stars I would have giving it. I ordered my ice cream sundae through Uber from this location. I got the order and the cherry and marshmallow was missing and the sundae didn't look like a two scoops but one. I call the store to ask about the missing cherry and marshmallow and the young lady on the line was very rude, straight up told me she can't help me I should call Uber. Am like did you add the cherry and marshmallow before the person got it , but she kept on speaking over me saying there is nothing she can do . When I ask for supervisor she said she was the manager and disconnect the call. Like who is hiring these low- life individuals with no character or manners.

Two scoops sundae the young man I had didn't even fill half the cup. Even with whip cream the lid didn't get dirty. Time to find a different store.

I came 6 minutes before the closed and the already closed. 😂😂

Not recommended. I found weird pieces of something in my ice cream and the taste is really artificial, even if I choose cheesecake strawberry and pistachios.

I came in to ordered two Oreo shakes. The girl behind the counter informed me she only had enough ingredients for one large milkshake. While she was making my large Oreo shake I called my husband to confirm his new order. During this time the girl informs me she now only has enough ingredients for a medium shake. At this point I was getting agitated by the lack of knowledge and simple math. What’s even more disgusting is she wasn’t wearing a hair net. As she leaned down to scoop the ice her hair was touching the glass and inside display case. I was so disgusted with the healthcode violations I just walked out and drove to Frys for a pint of Ben and Jerrys. Very unsanitary - won’t come here ever again

the guy who handed me my order was honestly very rude , when i walked in he seemed irritated with me and he completely threw my order at me when i told him i had an online/app order. don’t know if i want to come here anymore after that..

Asked for a hand packed quart of Chocolate Fudge ice cream and the young lady worked diligently on the order. However when I got home and opened the quart, there was about an inch to an inch and a half of space at the top of the handpacked quart. I came back later when another young lady was working stating she was the manager, stated that the employees hand pack the quarts by weight. None of the factory filled ice cream quarts have space at the top when you open them. This is just another way for the franchise to take advantage of customers and pad their pockets. I will NEVER get another hand packed quart of Ice cream at this store. The Manager wasn't customer oriented at all. Beware.

Always stop by Baskin-Robbins after catching a movie at the Arrowhead Harkins. This location is great. Clean store and friendly staff.

We’ve been coming here for years and we love it. Except tonight, they seemed a little annoyed with any request. My daughter got a creations ice cream and they gave her half a scoop ( picture attached). My husbands Reese’s Sunday was only one scoop and they didn’t put the fudge that’s supposed to come with it. ( picture also attached.). The kid was nice. Just wished we got the correct portions

Woow, wath a rude associate, he didn’t even said Hi, and i just stood dor like 4-5 min and she avoided eye contact, i was just picking up, but that was last time! The way he was working was like he really hate his job!

I went in to get a scoop of ice cream for my birthday! The staff was super happy and had great customer service. The lobby has been updated recently. I was super excited to see they had the flavor Chocolate Fudge again.

I was only person inside.. and they had 4 workers . 1 cleaning, 2 making ice cream for I guess online orders and one girl who looked new.. she greeted me with a smile and didn’t say anything else .. she put on gloves as if she was going to help me but she didn’t say anything else … I stood there for a solid 4 minutes and more customers came in … I didn’t have patience and I had to be somewhere.. I was hoping it was going to be quick in and out because no customers were there at the time ..

DO NOT GO HERE ⚠️ this place is absolutely discusting me and my family got very sick my oldest daughter got a capachino blast and so did i. i got my youngest daughter a unicorn ice cream after we ate all of our stomachs were hurting to the point were my oldest daughter was almost throwing up. NOT TO MENTION my oldest daughter got a pepsi out of the fridge that expired september 14th 2023 absolutely discusting. also one of the workers brought out the tub of what seem to look like a jug of choclate syrup and a man offerd to help her open it. he used his shirt too open it which is ablsouty discusting and not sanitary. please do not go here.
