I went in to get a scoop of ice cream for my birthday! The staff was super happy and had great customer service. The lobby has been updated recently. I was super excited to see they had the flavor Chocolate Fudge again.

I was only person inside.. and they had 4 workers . 1 cleaning, 2 making ice cream for I guess online orders and one girl who looked new.. she greeted me with a smile and didn’t say anything else .. she put on gloves as if she was going to help me but she didn’t say anything else … I stood there for a solid 4 minutes and more customers came in … I didn’t have patience and I had to be somewhere.. I was hoping it was going to be quick in and out because no customers were there at the time ..

DO NOT GO HERE ⚠️ this place is absolutely discusting me and my family got very sick my oldest daughter got a capachino blast and so did i. i got my youngest daughter a unicorn ice cream after we ate all of our stomachs were hurting to the point were my oldest daughter was almost throwing up. NOT TO MENTION my oldest daughter got a pepsi out of the fridge that expired september 14th 2023 absolutely discusting. also one of the workers brought out the tub of what seem to look like a jug of choclate syrup and a man offerd to help her open it. he used his shirt too open it which is ablsouty discusting and not sanitary. please do not go here.

Custom ordered prepaid cake was excellent!Going into the store to pickup the cake was interesting.The single employee working was pleasant, but had absolutely no clue as to what I was talking about when I requested my cake.The employee still seemed completely confused even after looking at my order invoice.It took a heartbeat skip ?for the employee to go find the cake hidden somewhere in the back.Great cake, but BR needs to do better for their employees. This poor employee was left to operate a store alone, with inadequate training, and poor communication from their management.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Went in on February 6 2024 8 pm . First thing I thought was the store was closed. Walked in and politely asked if they were closed. There was a girl and a guy working there. Girl took my order. The guy heard my order, but gave me an awkward stare why he had an earphone in his right ear. Once my drink was made, I thanked the chunky dude for making my milkshake and he just gave me a weird stare. Literally do not take your kids here they do not make you feel welcome. $15 for a milkshake and a scoop . The dude kept giving nothing but dirty looks why me and my three-year-old where eating ice cream . It like you’re inconveniencing them when the store still has an hour and a half to close. Honestly, wanted to rip that dude apart with all of his looks. But within 10 minutes I walked out, and kept my cool. This is unacceptable from a franchise that mostly caters to kids. The fact that I walked out he wouldn’t even look at me or anything. I did not know he would have such a problem with nobody in the store me getting one scoop of ice cream and making a shake . Honestly, he’s bad for business.

Ok look...I love baskin robbins but this is purely a PSA. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!! Wife even said under her breath, "dude you better stop cuz she's gonna yelp it" ...I was In there today around 2:35, 8/10/23, 3 people working there--girl in a pink shirt who was very sweet and 2 other guys in the back, 1 in a gray t shirt and another in a maroon sweatshirt. **managers--check the camera for proof if you don't believe me** Dude in the gray t shirt was a big guy... as I am sitting there enjoying my ice cream, big dude in the gray t shirt is leaning against the wall by their sink in the back and bro is literally sticking his hands in the back of his pants--I mean, we can see his asscrack as he's doing it...not even kidding lol...and we're watching him for a good 4 minutes scratch whatever itch in his pants and each time we look, his ass crack is chillin' there...what makes this worse is that customers walked in around 240 and HE IS GONNA SERVE THEM...oh but thank goodness he put gloves on, but, he did touch the gloves with his ass crack hands so...what's the point of the gloves lol...I'm just saying, it's a risk you take going out to eat but bro, you got caught, literally with your pants down. Nasty ass.

When it comes to ice cream shops, I always like to buy the take home quarts because you get way more ice cream for your buck instead of buying just several scoops for a few dollars cheaper. It's interesting to note that 32 oz of ice cream here costs $8 whereas Cold Stone Creamery will charge you $20 for 40 oz. The main difference is that in Cold Stone you can choose what ice cream you want whereas in Baskin Robbins the ice cream is already prepackaged. Even so, this is a major deal compared to Cold Stone. However, the selection for quarts isn't as extensive so I ended up getting chocolate. I expected it to be better than grocery store ice cream and unfortunately, it tasted just like grocery store ice cream. Thus, you might as well go to a grocery store if you want some ice cream.

I ordered a two scoop sundae and it is more like two tablespoons. I talked to Grace and was informed she doesn’t set the pricing and that’s the norm. 8 dollars for this? She can’t do anything and maybe I can talk to a manager tomorrow. What just happened? Beware she said this is the normal size and you get what you get. For reference that’s a teaspoon.
