For an empty store very unfriendly unhappy looking staff. Getting ice cream is a fun occasion especially with children and we weren’t even greeted or welcomed with a smile. Next time I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I took my kids there after school for a little treat and it was so clean/well kept! The employees were so nice and helpful, and the owner went out of his way to help us get our big order ready so we could all enjoy our ice cream together! And of course the ice cream was so good too! They had so many flavors to choose from!

Been going to Baskin-Robbins since 1978. Never seen one without the standard 31 flavors. Very chintzy on the scoop size as well. Not going back to this one as much as I would like to support a business in my neighborhood. Provided the feedback to the owner, but he just shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care.

I am also dairy free and they didn’t have dairy-free cookies and cream. Last time they had some in the back and the employee found me some but this time they just didn’t even seem to care to look. Just a gross mocha dairy-free and other flavor.
Booo! Going to be taking my business back to Cold Stone.

Been here like 4-5 times to pick up mobile orders and they haven’t been ready a single time. Not even close. You guys need to do a little better with this please. Nice location though. Very clean.
When it first opened the teen boys that worked there had amazing customer service and were very helpful. The past two times I’ve gone the same two young girls working in the evenings are there and are horrible. Even the older women working last night was lacking basic customer service skills. I intended to buy ice cream for my family of five, however after being ignored, then asking to be helped and they still didn’t help me. I just walked out absolutely ridiculous. It’s not as if they were even busy. There was one other customer in there and three employees. They ignore you, to do what looks like busy work of wiping counters down and taking to each other. It’s worth the drive to go to Cold Stones at four corners much better customer service and better quality of ice cream.
