I have gone 2 times And both experiences have been horrible .The first time I went I ordered chicken fried rice and it was disgusting and overcooked the second time I went to order to go and the waitress was very rude and did not care about customer service.I purchased a shrimp fried rice which the rice is overcooked and distasteful and I was given one soy sauce packet.I asked for more and the cashier had a problem with asking for more even though there was only one in my bag and so she decided to just give me two go figure. I would not recommend this place.

My Taiwanese friends didn't like how the waitress was talking to them. I think it was hard for her to explain in English so they thought she was rude. Your servers need to learn how to work in stressful environments. Good luck! But I liked shrimp with lobster and I asked in order to go as well.

The WORST customer service I've been dealt! The women are RUDE & MEAN! My family and I were eating here for fathers day. THE WORST SERVICE EVER in our lives! I will never take my family to this place again! Food was cold and saw bugs crawling around the baseboard in the dining area! We asked to speak with the owner or manager she stated you call Joyce @ Good China on 67th Ave, we did they stated no Joyce and they parted ways 20yrs ago and have known them to be rude and mean! This lady LIED and is rude! There were 15 of us and will NEVER go back to this HORRIBLE place again!!!

Came to eat for father's day and the food was gross đ the service was horrible the waitress was extremely rude to my wife and kids who are grown. And to top it off there was a cockroach on our table and a loose mouse or rat running around the dining room and the waitress was trying to catch it we will never ever eat here again
To make things worse they wer threatening to call the cops on us bcz we refused to pay some our bill !! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !!

Worst Chinese food over ever had the orange chicken could have very well not been chicken at all I think they recycle food that's not eaten I started tearing it apart to show the lady she told me to stop like she was gonna gone out to someone else take a chance on getting refurbished food
Check your receipts before adding a tip, lady will automatically apply a 20% tip for a small party. If she doesnât give you an itemized receipt then ask for one before adding a tip and signing your receipt.
Posted hours and google shows they are open until 9:30. Showed up at 8:00 and she told us we only have 30 minutes to sit down and eat. She turned off the lights in the restaurant as we are sitting up from our table at 8:45 Two parties show up as we leave and she proceeded to turn the lights back on. Never had such bad service, and auto tipping themselves is ridiculous.

I made a take out order of an $18 fried rice because the food is good there. But the ATTITUDE from the front lady made this the most extensive dish because she really seems like she really doesnât want to be there. You ask for anything from her she makes it seem like she is doing you a favor, and I didnât know that they started to charge extra for sauces. I bet the only way she would have decent customer service is if she was allowed to charge for it. I HOPE those 50 cents I DIDNT pay for your chili oil was worth it, Iâm never coming back. I hope you find something to make you happier or enjoy your job more. Merry Christmas Also, 3 dollars for one extra egg on my rice!?!? Tough times huh? It makes sense why the place is more lonely than I remember

Where we go for Chinese. Always good food. Service is ok sometimes hard to understand them. Recommend the mooshu pork, spicy chicken wings and Mongolian beef.

Food was mediocre, they said their soda machine was down so they had nothing but water or ice tea which both tasted absolutely terrible like chlorinated water. Asked for hot sauce, they said they only have chilly oil. Service was not great, and the lady working there was acting very strange, kind of made us uncomfortable. Not worth the price.
