Shop is nice although service has gone down big time. Staff doesn’t always acknowledge when you walk in too busy talking.. and good luck getting their attention with the music so loud they can’t hear you calling them unless you really wave your hands for them to stop they just look at you and keep walking.. on multiple occasions I’ve witnessed people stand there and get tired of waiting then leave without ordering.. and the other locations Phoenix and Goodyear on several visits they don’t open the big window so you’re left sitting there cut off.. what’s the purpose of having it if they just open it to take your order then shut it..

The morning staff is so helpful and sweet.
I went Saturday and ordered my usual hot coffee, and after I'd drove away (and after telling them it was good), I realized most of the cup was foam. I was disappointed I'd spent money on foam, but I drank it anyway.
The next day, I returned and asked if they could try to make the cup less foam, to which they were very understanding and even gave me the coffee for free.
The customer service continues to amaze me, and I'll keep to look forward to my coffee's from bikini bean.

The selection of drinks they have there are amazing the service was fast but they bring the wrong type of customers and lots of homeless people just watching to be honest some of the workers look so out of shape I had a better time leaving when I was able to laugh

I mean like how can you not like this place. Coffee is a plus but I go to see the girls. Am I lesbian? No. Am I married? Yes. But I live supporting other girls. When they are kind, it's a plus. I think its a cute idea. Worth trying atleast once.I went to one in Phoenix years ago and the girls were nasty to me. Treated me less than. These girls did not. Appreciated that. Much love. Coffee was amazing too. Good prices. Worth tipping!

My son got a vanilla protein drink. The menu in the drive-through didn’t say that there was peanut butter in this drink. He came home and had an allergic reaction. We looked it up online and it says that it has peanut butter. This is for the location on 75th and cactus please update your menus because this could’ve been life-threatening! I tried to call, but it kept on hanging up every time not happy with this place!
