BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Our server was great, food was delicious, and BJ'S has a large menu tons of food options to choose from. And the have a great craft beer selection.

We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation. The hostess told us that we had been checked in, and it should be just a few minutes' wait. After 20 minutes and several parties called to be seated before us, I asked about the progress of our reservation. I was told that all parties of less than 7 people were just placed on a waiting list and seated in that order. Why have a reservation if you're just going to be put on a waiting list? Everything there than our wait was outstanding.

Our server did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. She gave good recommendations from the menu and was always sure to check up on us as busy as she was. Thank you

Deep dish is not deep at all. Mainly dough sprinkled with sauce and a paper thin layer of cheese. The BBQ chicken used to be our fave and no longer taste the same. Not returning to BJ's.

“Reservations” are a joke. We understand it was busy do to a concert, which is why we made reservations. If you can't honor them, don't allow them.

Considering it was Fathers Day and the Restaurant was extremely busy, the service and food were both excellent!!

Our server was great for a large table. Parking at the Peoria location is currently frustrating. The restaurant next door added valet parking and is under construction. The restaurant experience is a favorite, and it offers gluten-free options too (a must for our family)!

Ordered 2 appetizers. Then 4 entrees. 1 appetizer arrived at the same time as all the entrees. 1 of the entrees was prepared incorrectly and had to be redone. Took over 20 minutes for the incorrect entree to be replaced. It arrived with the 2nd appetizer which unfortunately was not correct. There was no point of having any appetizers since our meals arrived and BJ's took them back. The waitress then tells us “well we've done a lot because we didn't charge you for the appetizers.” She said it rudely and they took them off because they arrived so late we didn't eat a single bite of an appetizer. We were not asking for a freebie or discount and we certainly don't appreciate the statement that the restaurant did us a favor when all the mistakes were theirs. We tipped our waitress well even through she was rude and avoided us after the complete fiasco of her entering the order and the kitchen. It wasn't even busy. Not typical service for this restaurant location but bad enough that we won't go back anymore.

The wait even with reservations was much longer than expected as we waited over an hour. However once we got to our table our server got our drinks right away and brought snacks for the grandkids while we were waiting for our food. The food was delicious and worth the wait. We would come here again.

Parking is horrendous, food is good but not great and it was really busy. Having said that our server was very friendly and did a really good job.

BJ's Brewery is still one of my favorites and thanks to OpenTable a party of two can dine on a Saturday night without a long wait 😃

There were six of us celebrating a birthday. The wait staff was personable and efficient. We had the Prime Rib dinner- the outer part was tender and flavorful, the center a little tougher, the Parmesean Crusted Chicken- - amazing, and the Chicken Parmesean, delicious. The Pazookie was a fabulous end to a great meal. The only negative is a $4 upcharge for cheese and bacon on the baked potato. That was a bit steep for those additions.

BJ's has always been one of my favorite restaurants with an amazing menu but hard to get a table for two on weekends but now very convenient with this app.

Requested quiet private booth and was placed in the bar which was opposite of what I had requested. At least it was a booth.

First time here, the experience was great. Service was the best and the food was delicious.
