BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We took a couple customers out for dinner and had a great time. Brittany was the BEST server!!! She was so upbeat and friendly it made the whole evening a terriffic experience. From the Deep Dish Nachos to the entrees, to the Pzookie deserts the food was really good.

Our server, Desmond H. (#119), made the evening so great for us. We had reservation for 10, celebrating two birthdays. Table was ready and we were able to sit upon arrival. Desmond greeted us and took drink order immediately. Then did another quick drink service after the rest of the family arrived. Our meal order was taken promptly, and food came out quickly. Beverage service was perfect throughout our meal. Special dessert provided to our birthday guests. Food is OK, not better/worse than anywhere else. The service is what will keep us coming back. This location is wonderful!! The food is delicious, the service is great, and everyone is super nice! When you come in, ask for Melanie. She's the hostess with the mostess!! Then, ask to be seated in Brittany's section. She is the best waitress ever!! Witty, charming and super sweet!! Hats off to the chef and bartender, who both ensure every meal and drink is made with perfection and to order. Mistakes are corrected immediately. I have made this location my go-to spot.

Service was great but the food was just ok. It took less than five minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. There were four of us and our meals included chicken, ribeye, and prime rib. There's no way those could have been prepared that quickly. It seems like the food is precooked to allow it to be served quicker. I understand that for the prime rib, but not for the steak and chicken, both of which were not good. They definitely tasted precooked.

We were seated as soon as we got there and asked if we wanted a table or booth. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I would go back here again for sure, and the food was so delicious.

So editing this..... I can't bring myself to go here. My family and I went to dine-in. Gave our name to the host to get on the list. Then the host thought he saw lipstick on my teeth, AND PROCEEDED TO TRY TO STICK HIS FINGER IN MY MOUTH! WTH?! What the heck is wrong with people??? Seriously. Thankfully i had Matrix style reflexes. Once my kids dad realized what happened he barged into the kitchen to have some choice words with said host. Host's excuse was, "it's okay, I'm gay". NO-NO. I don't care if you are man, woman, gay, straight, purple, green or checker board, DON'T TRY TO STICK YOUR FINGER IN SOMEONES MOUTH. So, yeah, too weird, not going back.

Had dinner here tonight had the worst service ever. We placed an order to go as well as dine in. I guess your to go order doesn't come in a box. These were the fries that came with my to go order. The Fries were COLD and Disgusting and they didn't even come in a closer container box and not even full.. The waitress seemed like she didn't even wanna serve us. We said thank you and didn't even acknowledge us ... just SAD

Almost gave up looking for a place for a birthday celebration, reading reviews of other establishments,, until I read reviews for BJ's . So made reservations and it did not disappoint!! Will Be Back for Sure.

The service was great and the atmosphere was good
It's been several years since I had pizza here and their recipe for the dough has completely changed for the worst. The pizza dough is literally like fluffy bread, no texture or flavor resembling pizza even remotely. The sauce was barely on the pizza like they ran out when making it. Until this recipe changes I'll go back to their hamburgers. Now that dough recipe if made into a hotdog bun would be phenomenal. It reminds me of Texas toast from Kane's.

Fabulous time on Monday August 12 2024 at BJ on Northern Avenue. 7 of us celebrating a friend's big birthday -- she did not know so many were showing up. The server Kim was beyond amazing and made it even more special. Prices were awesome especially with the $13 / meal menu. Will be back again as well as the other six. Thanks for the memories.

Bartender lady with the short hair was fantastic! Highly recommend.
