This coffee shop is getting worse , went through the drive thru they gave me the wrong coffee, I went inside they did remake it and the lady in charge handed me a coupon for a free drink. Tried to redeem it at the same location, they took my order, and then I waited for 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have the ingredients to make my requested drink I ended up with no drink and wasted time. This is not good customer service.

Waited in a long line, and I went to pay for my $40 order with a $100....and they wouldn't take my money. They would only take $50 bills or smaller. Not only is it annoying, it's illegal. Legal tender must be accepted.

While I waited just under 20 minutes after ordering ahead of time for TWO coffees I happened to notice a girl working wearing a shirt from the highschool I attended 1800 miles away. When asking her about it you would have thought I had asked her to pay my rent. The drinks weren't for me so can't comment on the food but the service was wildly bad.

The ice blonde is my favorite; just the right amount of sweetness. My hat and cheese croissant ? was a little cold in the middle but still was delicious. They have other pastries and breakfast sandwiches options as well.

Just left the young blonde kid didn’t give me my change for $3 told me to have a good day lol. I would be fine with it but this whole drink has coffee grounds in it.
