Stopped by Black Rock today and had an awesome experience. The blended Pumpkin Blonde was super good, definitely my new go to drink for fall. On top of that, the three workers helping me were all super friendly and made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. Great customer service and amazing drinks!

I got one of the new drinks in the drive through, they made the wrong drink and then the one they gave me was just milk and syrup. So I went inside and asked for a different drink and not only were they incredibly rude, but the new drink they made me (supposed to be a basic caramel latte) ended up being terrible too. I don’t recommend this location whatsoever, there’s other coffee places I’ll be getting my morning coffee from now.

Last couple of times I’ve come here have been really bad after many good times, I used my free drink and got a large caramel blonde and idk if they were pissed I showed up 20 minutes before closing or what but it didn’t taste at all like normal, just covered in ice and milk I was so disappointed and had a long road trip so I needed the caffeine. Ended up throwing it away at a gas station down the road to get an energy drink.

It’s getting really old. I don’t live in the area anymore and once in a blue moon, I will stop by this location on the way to taking my kiddo to school maybe once every six months and today I thought oh the line should go quick. I was in line for 15 to 20 minutes. It looked like there were one or two people working And the wind was not moving at all. I got there at 601. I didn’t get out of there until 6:20 AM. It’s unacceptable. I don’t expect speedy fast service within a minute, but at the same time people have busy mornings and there’s no reason why these lines should be taking this long if you guys are not properly staffed that is that you guys problem and it’s unfair to your customers. When I drop my daughter off at school because I was late and now I’m late to work her daycare lady said that she had the same issue. She pre-ordered her drink 30 minutes prior and at the time there was only one teenage guy working and somebody else was stopping items. This is completely unacceptable and I think you guys have lost me as a customer for good.

Not sure what slushy mix they’re using for their frozen drinks but I was not overly thrilled with my drink! Tasted like a grape slushy from QT for $8

I’ve been becoming a regular here and place orders frequently. I had extra time before work today, 20 minutes, figured I’d treat myself to a coffee. I placed a ASAP pick up order. I get there and can tell it’s busy by the drive thru so I went inside. I stood at the counter with 0 acknowledgment and once I said I’m here for my order after 5-10 minute of waiting, I waited another 10-15 minutes for my drink. I’m now late to work!! What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if it doesn’t benefit anything? I also understand being busy, I always leave a 25% tip. I don’t expect superior service but maybe a bit more friendly. I’m sad but I won’t be back. Took 20+ minutes for a drink that should’ve been ready few minutes before I got there.
UPDATE: Reading thru reviews it seems the friendliness might be an issue. I’m a restaurant manager. It’s more of “hi we will be right with you!” Vs never looking your way and coming up in a negative manner after minutes of awkwardly standing there. I figured maybe I’m expecting too much but seems to be common issue.
Another note, I noticed when I pulled in the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The lobby was full of ppl standing. I placed an online order that is supposed to be ready for pick up. Ready at 3:14pm. I showed up at 3:17. I left with an empty lobby and the drive thru was cleared. It was 3:39 when I got the drink. They took care of everyone before making my drink that was an ASAP order to be ready when I got there. Why offer that option if it’s not achievable? Everytime I’ve done it, my stuff is never ready. I order a coffee maybe twice a week max. Normally my day off but decided to treat myself for the hard week and extra time before work today. I ended up being late but I already paid and tipped for a drink I waited and waited to get. Frustrating to say the least.
This store hardly ever has good customer service, the girls are snobby and don't care to give decent service. The drink tasted like milk so I asked for a remake of it, the girl said Uh okay and added ANOTHER shot of coffee? I was confused since I just said it didn't taste like the flavor at all yet she just added more coffee. It still tasted like bad but I didn't wanna ask her to actually remake it again.

Coffee is good, hot and iced varieties. Food is not the best. Tried 3 different things and they were all very underwhelming. Banana bread tastes like very fake banana flavoring. Service was lovely, they moved fast. Cute, trendy atmosphere.

I went through the drive thru today and have never been treated with such respect and love ever. Abbi the drive thru employee helped me with all my needs and answered all my questions with such patience and grace!! you guys are lucky to have such a hard working and caring employee!

customer service is the worst. i’ve been going here for 6 months and they have gotten my order right maybe 5 times. the other thirty have been wrong. workers don’t care about having a good conversation. i’m never going here again, i will always be driving 20 minutes to the other location.
