Came here a couple weeks ago and it was early with a bit of a wait, but Hannah made up for it. She was SO nice and genuine (unlike some of the other girls I’ve encountered here). I was already having a bad morning and couldn’t decide on what to get so I went with her recommendations and other suggested menu items which were great. I currently have a broken leg and she told me how she recently broke her leg but is recovering. And seeing her grind it out, working by herself, made me feel not so alone and hopeful 😊 Thank you Hannah for making my drink (and my day) a little brighter!

I have been going to Black Rock for a long time. This location definitely needs to get it together. I just waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through. Definitely out of touch for a coffee shop. Hopefully some changes can be made sooner than later.

Coffee is great. Service not so much. Went by 15 mins before closing (6:45pm) and I couldn’t order a coffee because the workers choose to clean the coffee machine 15mins before closing.

Came here to get a coffee at 6:45 pm. Young lady at the window greeted me and after I ordered my coffee,she said there espresso machines broken down 20 minutes ago. Willing to bet she did not want to serve me due to closing time. I was a GM in the food industry for 10+ years and I would serve a customer until closing time. I get it it’s annoying, but if you’re open until 7 pm. Then you’re serving until 7 pm. Very frustrating. Hope she gets to clock out at 7 pm and go home.

Use the speaker box. I am unsure what using it does to inconvenience them but they almost never use it and have lines of cars in the drive through and make the interaction last way longer then it needs

If you come here expecting to get a simple drip coffee don’t waste your time. Go to Starbucks next door. Waiting longer for someone to pour a drip than people behind you who order blended something or other shouldn’t happen. But I guess that’s what happens at a place that isn’t truly a coffee shop.

Don't go here if you want a scone after 8:30am. About 50% of the time they get my coffee order wrong. About 100% of the time they are out of blueberry scones. I've mentioned to the cashier that it's pretty obvious they need to order more from their supplier since they are always out, but I understand it isn't the cashier who makes those decisions. I thought maybe someone who does care (like management) would read this review. If nothing changes, I'm really looking forward to the competitor opening up down the street :)

Sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me because they weren’t using the drive through speaker? Why? It’s a Friday, it’s gonna be busy… I just don’t understand the point of having the drive through speaker if they aren’t going to use it. It would have sped up the process of sitting in line substantially. Doesn’t make sense!
