I have been going to Black Rock for a long time. This location definitely needs to get it together. I just waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through. Definitely out of touch for a coffee shop. Hopefully some changes can be made sooner than later.
I used the mobile app to order a drip coffee for in store pickup and unnecessarily waited about 10 mins as my coffee was hidden from view. Please, like starbucks, have an area designated for pickup where all completed orders are in sight for quick customer pickup.
