I don’t review food places often, but I wanted to leave a review here because all of the food I tried here is way too salty. It gave my family and I headaches from the amount of salt.

Food is good but just so salty. Everything just had so much salt.
We thought it was wrong but even the leftovers tasted the same next day so I’d say it just a big salty setup.
Loved the atmosphere and our server. Very nice place.

I would say it’s Tex-mex not authentic Mexican but definitely doable. (If they can figure out the salt issues)

Food was delicious, cocktails were spot on and service was great!
However, you can't charge 100 bucks for 4 tacos and 3 shots(cocktail) of tequila! There is no Mexican food worth as much.
We wanted to try this place since there was no event at the field making chaotic we gave it a chance, but frankly not sure if I would return!
Joyride Taco is definitely superior food and much more practical cost. If I want to spend 50 per person, I would go eat BBQ not corn, cheese and fillers.

mediocre food that is way overpriced.
Also they are very understaffed, could not find our server and the restaurant is poorly managed. Managers here have a bad attitude and are not friendly… They need to be retrained and learn customer service skills.

We came for good food, we had good food but it's the service that was PHENOMENAL!! Paul was hands down the best server, he was so attentive and all his menu recommendations were ON POINT and personable to boot. Thank you PAUL!!! Oh and ambiance was great we sat indoors but it felt like outdoors with the open concept, perfect for fall in AZ.

Amazing experience.
Excellent food with excellent customer service.
We were greeted professionally, we were sat immediately for a table of two, our waiter was exceptional with recommendations and brought us several dishes that were all perfect. The homemade tortilla chips were incredible along with the margaritas and tacos. We recommend this restaurant for all.

Terrible experience! More expensive than most Mexican restaurants and the food was awful. We waited over an hour after we ordered and when the food arrived it was 1 bite full. Literally 1 bite. After much confusion, we were told they ran out of food and their solution was to put a small spoonful of canned chicken that could fit on the palm of your hand. It looked and tasted just like the canned chicken from Costco but the price was nothing close to that. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. Our waiter was rarely seen but when he would show up to our table he never had any of our requested items. Not once did he come back with what we asked for. The empty water glasses remained empty after several requests, the bowl of chips never got refilled and 2 of us had to get up and get our silverware from other waiters, . We left hungry, broke and not happy.

The service and atmosphere is great. But let’s be real, what matters most is the food. I got a chicken chimichanga. The tortilla was damn-near burnt at the ends. They were really stingy with the toppings (sour cream is my favorite and they serve you the smallest spoonful). The flavor was okay. Now, the rice.. idk wth they got goin on with their rice but there is nothing spanish or mexican about their rice. They throw some corn and a piece of cilantro in it and thinks that’s okay. It tastes so bland and most of the flavor honestly just tastes like butter. Most of its texture is buttery/creamy too. The apple empinada was meh.

Overall, everything was as bland as the pictures look.
