We are retired restaurant owners. Jake came to welcome us as we were deciding. Destiny gave us impeccable service throughout. The food was amazing all the way around for all 6 of us! We couldn’t have had a better time. Great atmosphere & ambiance allowing us to enjoy conversation. Do yourself a favor and try it, you will have a new fave like us!!

Disappointed with the Peoria Location — We Won’t Be Back
We’ve been loyal Blanco customers for years, visiting multiple times a month. It’s always been a favorite — until our recent experience at the Peoria location completely changed that.
My husband orders a simple bean and cheese burrito every time. Since their website doesn’t allow for that customization, we called to place the order. The staff member on the phone was unhelpful, clearly didn’t know how to process the order, and had to involve a manager just to get it done. We basically had to walk her through it.
We had two $10-off e-bites offers and were told only one could be used “since the order wasn’t placed online” — even though we had no choice but to call. Then we were told they’re not technically coupons. If that’s the case, it needs to be clearly explained before offering them.
When we arrived, the order wasn’t ready. Chips and salsa were forgotten, the Coke was overfilled with no napkin or apology, and it took two servers and a manager just to finalize payment. It was disorganized and frustrating from start to finish.
Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make us stop coming. The Peoria location has lost our business.

We stopped in for the first time today and we were absolutely blown away with how amazing the service was!!! Allyson was awesome, she was attentive and had amazing recommendations. All of the staff around the restaurant seemed to be going above and beyond to help out other diners and thoroughly clean tables between parties.
Overall the food was delicious and well priced, but above all the service is what will bring us back!!!

Fantastic food, drinks, & service!! The short rib machaca literally melts in your mouth. We will be going back, there were so many drinks and menu items we wanted to try. The seating was extremely comfortable too, we would definitely recommend this spot!

Damn! Blew my mind and taste buds. A corporate concept restaurant with down to earth, real, funny, accommodating, attentive, GREAT staff. Jake, Jaycee, and Jackie made our entire weekend. They really cared and that is so hard to find these days. Just great conversation, laughs, and food!
Heck yeah! The mezcal old fashioned is such a fun twist on one of my favorite cocktails and the margaritas are very similar to when you get them in Mexico! Kicked off the night with the queso, it was good let’s give it a 7/10. For the fun of it I ordered the green chili smash burger, omg it was so ridiculously delicious 9/10!!! My husband got the short rib chimichanga the portion was great and it was really good 7/10. We also got the chocolate tres leche 6/10 to end my birthday dinner, I really appreciated only a candle and NO singing, thank you!!

Huge disappointment. Let me start by saying the staff was amazing, friendly, and efficient. However, the food was HORRIBLE. I’ve gotten better seasoned food from Mexican fast food. I’d rather go to Taco Bell and save $150. The drinks were good so if you just want cocktails this maybe the spot. But if you want to eat, save your money and find a local mom and pop.

Food was good, but not amazing for the price and the portions are very small. For a more upscale place I’d hope for better. If you’re hitting ups these new restaurants in P83 you’re better off at North Italia or Postinos.
