Ordered a smoothie with tapioca Boba. Got syrup and boba no ice. Maybe you teach your staff how to make drinks.... the bathroom was also disgusting. Won't be back!

Had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Bobazona and it was amazing.
I got the Arizona Sunset and it was excellent, as were their waffles with gelato! Thank you Sophia!
The owner and staff were genuinely so kind and the customer service was great as well. There was a line out the door when they opened yet they were still able to have everyone’s orders process and served in a timely manner.
Will be coming back with my family soon 😌

Super sugary drinks even when you request half sweet. I ordered four different drinks and all had something wrong with them. 1st drink was mango green tea with half sweetness, it was extremely sweet. 2nd was a matcha milk tea that was bland/watery. 3rd was an avocado coconut smoothie, we didn’t realize they don’t use real fruit so the avocado was a powder and couldn’t really taste the flavor. Last drink was a pineapple coconut smoothie that we requested half sweet and still tasted real sugary. Will not be able to go back. The guy was nice though and service great. It’s just not the best place unless you are looking for a desserty drink.

We enjoy coming here as a fun treat, and as a chance to hang out and play games. Well the new manager took all the fun stuff away, so it was simply just Boba. We might have to rethink our sweet treat choices, as several of the other Boba establishments have fun and games.
