Super sugary drinks even when you request half sweet. I ordered four different drinks and all had something wrong with them. 1st drink was mango green tea with half sweetness, it was extremely sweet. 2nd was a matcha milk tea that was bland/watery. 3rd was an avocado coconut smoothie, we didn’t realize they don’t use real fruit so the avocado was a powder and couldn’t really taste the flavor. Last drink was a pineapple coconut smoothie that we requested half sweet and still tasted real sugary. Will not be able to go back. The guy was nice though and service great. It’s just not the best place unless you are looking for a desserty drink.

I literally love this place and we come here often we especially love coming in interacting with the employees and the cleanliness of the place. Last night we decided to come in and had our son come that was visiting from another area, when we walked in 30 minutes prior to closing the employee expression on her face said it all... We were treated so rudely and told another person that was in the back area ( I don't think it was another employee possible friend) omg... holding the sides of her head, we never felt unwelcome and rushed .Her slamming the cups and the ice door pretty hard. Made it very clear that she was annoyed with us coming at the time we came. Regardless of the time, your business is still open until the time posted on the sign stating hours. We feel very discouraged to return to this particular location due to the occurrence that we experienced last night.

Good boba texture, drink flavor was wonderful in the brown sugar boba milk tea. Price was pretty high for what you get I think. It was very slow when I went so it did not take excessive time to receive my drink, but the staff was not overly attentive as I did have to wait a while for someone to come out from the back.

We enjoy coming here as a fun treat, and as a chance to hang out and play games. Well the new manager took all the fun stuff away, so it was simply just Boba. We might have to rethink our sweet treat choices, as several of the other Boba establishments have fun and games.

Excellent gelato! We got two scoops and picked ube and matcha. The flavors are rich and taste rich and authentic. Prices are fairly high, so just be prepared.

This place is right across the street from Harkins. We were craving something sweet and so happy this place was opened. We got the green tea and ube ice cream! We loved it! It wasn't overly sweet and it doesn't take artificial. I would def I'd let recommend trying these flavors. They have many ice cream flavors to choose from and drinks too. Customer service was excellent! We got samples and were sold and ordered the two flavors we sampled. Very clean place. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas.
I love this place and their drinks. Family owned and they’re so sweet. I just wish they had pistachio milk tea. But still I love their drinks.

We were introduced to Bobazona in June. This has become me and my daughters favorite place to come and spend time together. The tables have fun games to play while you enjoy your refreshing drink, gelato or fresh baked goods. The gelato is the best I have found in this area! Several different flavors, none that disappoint! The fresh baked goods are beyond delicious. The cookies are huge, and taste better than the specialty cookie shops! My kids love the boba and there are many flavors to choose from. The service makes this place even better. Relaxing coffee shop music plays while you kick back, play a game and enjoy the company you're with or just time alone! You have to give this place a try!

Welp, today our travels took me into the inferno of the Arizona summer. 115F and looking for something cool to eat. We love bobas and came across this gem!Entering, you quickly notice the vast amount of flavors they have for teas...types of teas....tons of jelly and boba flavors! I mean tons! Their prices were very reasonable as well compared to the places back home in Illinois. I got a strawberry milk tea with passion fruit jelly. Absolutely delicious! Their customer service was great too. They offered free samples of gelato for us to try.I absolutely recommend Bobazo!
