Bobazona, a bubble tea and ice cream shop in Arizona, offers a unique experience that, while generally positive, might not wholly enchant every patron. The shop's ambiance is bland and lacks effort, with a decor that reflects a T.J. Maxx clearance aisle, which allows me to believe that it's more of a pick-up-and-go establishment. Their menu, particularly the bubble tea selections, offers a range of classic and customizable options. The drinks, such as the vanilla milk tea with brown sugar boba, are decent but nothing near what I've had at other boba establishments. The balance in sweetness is commendable, ensuring the beverages are flavorful without being overpoweringly sweet. However, the boba, the crucial ingredient in a promising boba drink, lacked flavor and texture. Undercooked and bland. Avoid the gelato, as the establishment's strengths lie more prominently in its drink offerings than its ice cream. The service was quick and the employee was patient with our long order. No issues there!

First time trying their honey dew milk tea with jasmine green tea plus boba and mangonada slushy and I loved them both! Will definitely be back to try their other drinks that looked good.Good service and cute clean shop.

I literally love this place and we come here often we especially love coming in interacting with the employees and the cleanliness of the place. Last night we decided to come in and had our son come that was visiting from another area, when we walked in 30 minutes prior to closing the employee expression on her face said it all... We were treated so rudely and told another person that was in the back area ( I don't think it was another employee possible friend) omg... holding the sides of her head, we never felt unwelcome and rushed .Her slamming the cups and the ice door pretty hard. Made it very clear that she was annoyed with us coming at the time we came. Regardless of the time, your business is still open until the time posted on the sign stating hours. We feel very discouraged to return to this particular location due to the occurrence that we experienced last night.

Good boba texture, drink flavor was wonderful in the brown sugar boba milk tea. Price was pretty high for what you get I think. It was very slow when I went so it did not take excessive time to receive my drink, but the staff was not overly attentive as I did have to wait a while for someone to come out from the back.

Right across from the Harkins theater, this place taste pretty good! My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Thai tea. And loved the cute smiles ontop of the cup!
