I went in on 9/03/25 after 6pm and the girl that was working made our taro milk teas so bad and she didn’t seal one correctly so obviously it spilled on my kids when they tried to drink it. She definitely did this on purpose because I didn’t leave a tip for a to go order.

There's an employee that works in there I go in there picking up doordash orders she's always in a black shirt and she wears glasses she's really rude but she tries to cover it but she can't she's got a bad attitude with customers I've noticed it the past like three times I've been in there she tries to make doordashers way all the way in the back of the line just because she's mad that she's working and it's not a good atmosphere to go in and it's not nice to make dasher's way all the way in the back of the line especially if those customers ordered first which they did because you're making the customers that's already ordered prior you're making them wait even longer for their food for you to help customers that barely came in to order but someone needs to work on her and her customer service because you're going to lose customers that way and it's not nice to be that way towards people you're not supposed to argue with customers even if a customer says something you shouldn't be arguing back

I used the drive-thru which is open 24 hrs.
Bosa Donuts are the best!! Always delicious and fresh. They have a wide variety of donuts but they also have great smoothies, boba drinks and sandwiches. The drive-thru selection board has pictures of all the donuts and the prices are just right. One thing to note is that their bear claws are made with apples, not almond filling (which is what I like). I am not sure which is more traditional. They have a great deal on donut holes that go like crazy when you bring them to work. Last but not least the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
Don't have coffee right now because they're out of lids. And too cheap to at least upgrade the size for the hassle. My impression over multiple visits is that they're Incredibly slow and not really pleasant.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m from California, but it’s overpriced for just basic dough.. on this location particularly everyone here is rude especially if you order for Doordash. They get upset that you’re from Doordash. In fact, they ignored you you only take care of customers who are coming in and they have Doordash wait forever.
So if you’re a DoorDash avoid this place at all cost

The lady working on 7/16 had the WORST attitude. The employee just swung open the window and didn’t say anything. First she gave us two drinks with milk dripping down both cups so we had to use napkins and wipe them down. They were literally dripping everywhere as she handed it to us. Then she forgot to give us our whole order of two donuts (she only gave us one) so I had to ask for the other one (which is no problem) but she was so upset that we asked for it instead of just driving away. The donut she gave us was smeared and smushed on the side like she did it on purpose. She didn’t give me a receipt so I had to ask for it and she gave me the worst attitude before slamming the window. Not a good place. I don’t recommend lol.

The donuts are great but the service horrible. The girls are rude, sloppy, could care less about the customer. They seem to favor one race . Watched a delivery man stand there 10 mins waiting to be helped while these 2 big girls continued on in Spanish talking shit. If you can’t work with people get an assembly job. Finally got my donuts never agian

The donut holes are not supposed to be soggy. Every time I come here and get donut holes they are soggy and lil wet and stuck to the bottom of the bag.3rd time I’m done. The one on 43ave way better no problems
A tuna sandwich without tuna? 🥴
Picking up delivery, they rather I be in the long line, wasting my time and the customers time
Beats Dunkin donuts by a mile
Ordered through Uber eats. Donuts smell and taste like weird cleaner. Gave us terrible stomach aches.
