Amazing service. When in a hour before close. So wasn't sure how fresh the donuts were gonna be. They were so soft. My new favorite place. They were scrumptious. ????? You see, this review. Definitely come try this place.? First time trying.?

Earlier this morning I had to back out of the drive thru at Bosa Donuts on 75th and Cactus because they were taking way too long. I was in the drive thru nearly 15 minutes with no movement in the line. I went inside to see what the problem was and there were people working there who did not care about customer service. They were taking their sweet time and completely unorganized as a crew, on top of the fact when I asked, they were very rude. So my kids and I left. We went to Rainbow Donuts on 28th Drive and Cactus. They were kind and accomodating, even gave my 2 year old a free donut afterwards even though he didn't need it, as we had already made our purchase. Good customer service all around. Also, I ordered the same exact thing...2 ham and cheese croissants and 12 donut holes and they were about $5 less than the amount BoSa charges. Just thought I would share with my neighbors. I like supporting businesses that have good customer service, kind, and considerate of people, taking care of customers in a timely manner and don't rip off customers with greed. Especially in these hard times for certain families that just want to enjoy a donut with their kids without having to spend a lot.

Came here because my daughter wanted a doughnut after her swim class like she always does. When we walked in, she was amazed at how many different doughnuts they had, and she was very excited to choose the one she wanted. They are very delicious and we will be coming back for more.

By far the most consistent donut shop in Arizona. My go to donut shop never disappoints. Unique flavored donuts. Excellent friendly customer service. Clean store. The chocolate sour dough donut is as good as it gets. Tastes like an old school chocolate cupcake from the old style bakers melts in your mouth..The best assortment. Worth the trip from anywhere. No need to look for the best. They do get their do. They beat everyone every time . This location can't be beat. Fantastic donuts best in arizona

not great service at all. I have been here twice and I have been cut in line. no one said anything they served the person who came way after me. I came in to pick up an online order that was not cheap. They still ignored me and took several orders prior to even greeting me. I'm going to talk to store management considering they have no consideration for other people who has order prior to. If I could give them no stars for the device I would.
