My husband & I celebrated Valentine’s Day a bit early and so glad we chose the Peoria location. The food was fabulous but what made our experience so amazing was Krista - so welcoming & friendly- Thank you! Definitely will be back.
Service was second to none, food spectacular, amazing atmosphere. 3rd time there and I’ve never been disappointed.

The service was top notch. Almost every person working there was happy to see us and went out of their way to show us we were valued. The restaurant was extremely clean. Even the bathrooms seemed clean enough to lay down in. The menu is heavily detailed with many things we haven’t tried before. But our server, Benjamin, took all the time we needed to break down all the dishes we were interested in as well as share his opinions and why he likes them. The cocktails came first and were fantastic! We love a good old fashioned, so we each tried a different one, and they were both amazing. The food came next and we were blown away. Everything perfectly cooked and mouth watering delicious! It’s a bit pricey to visit all the time, but definitely worth it for special occasions. We’ll gladly go back!

Horrible place with bad service. Not only would they not serve me as a 23 year old.. I asked them to double check my passport, Arizona ID and high-school ID which they denied! No wonder it empty. Horrible place with horrible service.
It's always a pleasure to come to this establishment as the atmosphere is mostly great and ambient. The issue is mostly within the cooking of the product, AKA the BEEF. When a steak is to be medium, please cook it at medium. Don't come with rare and say sorry SIR we do it this way or that way. That's Bull.
Then upon your correction make sure it's fixed or dump it in the can and make another. Not hard to do, we are patient folk, but how many times should we get burned before it's a quit. I don’t mind a longer drive for quality, have always done it and will do it weekly. Please take care of your clientele and maybe the clientele they bring.

The WORST service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in the service industry for over ten years and the host (her name was Brenna or Brianna) was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. Big mean girl energy!! You’re literally the first impression of the restaurant idk how a nice place like that would hire someone so rude. anyways, customers beware!!

Not your old school steakhouse. It has an open, airy, modern vibe. It's a little pricy, but has a great happy hour.

Had 7 pm reservation and got there early and had to wait 20 min for our table which wasn’t a big deal. After 2 hours of waiting for our dinner they dropped it as they were bringing it out. Then after about 3 hours we finally received our food in which we were to only people left in the restaurant. The bill came and you would think as regulars they would have said “ we are so sorry we took care of the bill” no they offered 25% and some gift cards which we said no thanks. We all were insulted and super disappointed. I’ve been there about 15x and spend thousands but at this point I don’t know if I’ll be returning. 8 of us left unhappy with the customer service

Everything was amazing as always. Food was perfect. Robert was amazing. We will be back very soon. We won't wait for a special occasion. We will come back for a lovely dinner.
What an amazing time. Our waitress ‘Tia was attentive very pleasant. The manager stopped by and checked in on my wife and I. Beautiful dining room. It was a little chatty, but wife and I could still have a conversation. The food was amazing. I had the table side flambé double cut pork chop. It was perfect medium. Juicy and flavorful. My wife had the prime filet. It was succulent, flavorful, and was accompanied with a few flavored salts. For the side we had these cheesy potatoes which were incredible. Honestly, the food and service were top notch. The ridiculous pound cake with the toasted marsh mallow and ice cream with the maple bourbon glaze. Amazing, wonderful, memorable.
I went to bourbon and bone for the first time to celebrate my birthday with 2 friends from work, I am a bit of a bourbon “snob” and after reviewing the peoria location bourbon list I was excited to try 2 pappy van winkles and a Stagg. Upon entering I wasn't greeted by the hostess I was told Curtly that they would be with me when they had time please sit down. There wasn't anyone else in front of the hostess booth and 3 young ladies working it? We got to our table and I was surprised at the noise level but it was fine. After an extended period of time we finally were able to order only to find out none of the bourbons I wanted to try that are on “Peoria's” menu did they actually have. Disappointing.... The waitress was sweet and pretty knowledgeable but had too many tables it took on average 25 minutes to get a drink , mind you I order a $150 bourbon. A friend ordered a 15 year old scotch and the other buddy ordered bourbon as well. At this price point then wait should be 5-10 not 25 minutes! The appetizer was fantastic, the food was much more efficient than the drinks, the sides were exceptional but the pork chop though very flavorful was dry. For $44 the pork chop should have been perfect. My bill for just me was $404 plus gratuity came to $460, mind you the 3 drinks I had were nearly $300 of my bill. Boss Hog, widow Jane and a JD 10 year. The WJ was the best of the bunch. The service severely underperformed at this price point. The managers in their suits walked around a lot but never actually did anything.
A bit pricey but the food and service were excellent!

I was really disappointed with my experience. My husband and I just moved to the area and were excited to have a steakhouse nearby. To start off, the actual building itself is well kept, clean and moderately lit. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, were not seated until the very minute our res was set for. Was not busy — Wednesday night. The seat at my table was covered in crumbs so had to dust that off myself. Waited almost 30 minutes just for water, and had to say twice that we wanted bottled water. Had to wait another hour for our alcohol. The wine I selected was not in stock so had to ask for another, which was fine — but I asked for a bottle and was given a glass. Not the end of the world but still annoying. The food was mediocre. Ordered the filet with a few sides. The filet was cooked medium rare and was still very chewy. Sides were good but stayed warm for about 15 minutes then were ice cold. Overall the food/ service was NOT worth the pricing. HOWEVER, if you're looking for a good place to get a cocktail — the options are endless and creative.
