The vibe in the restaurant was much different than I have ever experienced before. Very loud for a Wednesday night so had problems talking amongst our group and hearing the wait staff. Certainly will not stop me from going back as the service and food were great as always.

Our food was delayed more than an hour coming of the kitchen on a non-busy Monday night. No explanation was provided and the remuneration was not adequate for the kitchen issue overall.

The food and service were excellent. I had my steak flam bayed, it was phenomenal. My wife had the filet and mash potatoes- the potatoes were to die for. Highly recommend B and B for an incredible dinner.

Great Service. Love the setting and atmosphere. Fun place. Food was just OK though. Steak was good, not great. Sides were just OK. My kids came in from out of state for my wife's 70th birthday. When I made the reservation I let them know it was a special occasion. For a special occasion, places like Mastro's, Eddie V's and Flemings have always had a special desert at no cost. Not a big deal in the context of a $1,000 bill. But it is a nice touch. Mastro's is still my favorite when I want a great steak meal.

This was, without question, the most exceptional dining experience we've had since relocating to Arizona. The cocktails were expertly crafted, offering a perfect balance of flavor and presentation. We began with the tuna tartare, beautifully paired with watermelon radishes—an elegant and refreshing start. For our entrées, we selected the filet mignon with tableside flambé and a side of sautéed spinach—both executed flawlessly. I opted for the sea bass, which was, without exaggeration, the finest I've ever tasted. The red chimichurri provided a vibrant complement, and the bourbon butter asparagus was a standout accompaniment. We concluded the meal with a warm apple crumble and an espresso martini—an indulgent and satisfying finish. The service was equally impressive. Our server demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the menu, as well as the extensive cocktail and wine offerings. The table was attentively maintained throughout the evening, contributing to a seamless and memorable experience. We will absolutely return, and I look forward to introducing friends to this remarkable establishment.

B&B wants to be a high end restaurant but they need to solve the parking situation. We arrive 30 minutes before our reservation and there was no parking. We circled in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes and there was no parking. There were 6-7 other cars looking for parking as well. I called the restaurant to ask why there was no parking. I was told the lack of parking space was due to the new restaurant, Seven Brothers, which opened 2 weeks ago. I was instructed to park in the lot across the street which we did. My wife was dressed up and wearing high heels for this dinner; she was not happy having to walk in high heels that distance. If B&B knew that parking is an issue due to the new restaurant opening next door, they should have instituted valet service. I would have gladly paid for valet parking. We raised the issue to the bartender as we ate at the bar and he basically ignored the complaint and pawned us off to another bartender. The bartender should have asked the GM to come over. In term of the food, we ordered the porterhouse steak. Good favor but it was medium when we ordered it medium rare. We also ordered the date appetizer and that was great. We ordered creamed spinach and the brussel sprouts as our side la and they were very good as well. The quantity of food was not the issue. It is the lack of parking and the lack of acknowledgment with the issue that ruined the dining experience for us. Steakhouse are “a dime a dozen” even high end steakhouses. It hard to mess up steak. I would drive to Scottsdale or drive to Arrowhead Steakhouse, Fleming's, or Morton's in Glendale before going back to B&B.

Needs some work. Sequence of service is off. Food was prepared well, steaks cooked to correct temp. Just not impressed with flavor and overall meal.

We (mother in law, and my husband) recently dined at Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar, and it was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service from our server assistant, Kastle, and our server, Roger. From the moment we walked into the upscale, high-energy atmosphere of the restaurant, Kastle’s warmth and enthusiasm set the tone for the evening. Her genuine smile and attentive demeanor made us feel like VIPs, as she seamlessly anticipated our needs—refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering thoughtful recommendations. Kastle’s personable nature truly elevated the dining experience, making every interaction feel personal and memorable.
Roger, our server, was equally impressive, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. His knowledge of the dishes and genuine care for our satisfaction shone through, making the meal feel like a curated experience. The food itself was spectacular—my 10oz filet cooked Pittsburg style was nailed with perfection. The chic ambiance, paired with Kastle and Roger’s outstanding service, made Bourbon & Bones a standout. I can’t wait to return and hope to have this dynamic duo again.

Overpriced for the quality.

I had heard many good things about B&B, but never made it to the Scottsdale location. Daughter had suggested going and found that there is one on the west side, so we went. From the time entering and leaving we were greeted with top notch service. We had an appetizer, entrees, and dessert which was all amazing. If you want to treat yourself or the family you have to go to this upscale, casual steakhouse.

Food was amazing and the service outstanding. The bar is so extensive that there is something for everyone's taste and price range. I had the Chilean sea bass and have ne er had better. It's a little pricey but money gladly spent for an amazing experience

Very good food and service and environment. But way out of my league as far as a blue collar guy. This is for people who make stupid money.

We went here last night and had an amazing meal. Robert, our server, was friendly, attentive and made great menu recommendations. Highly recommend the table side flambé. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. Excellent wine menu and of course bourbon and whiskey menu. The 4 of us shared the bourbon butter cake for dessert and it was the perfect end to an incredible meal. We didn’t feel rushed or bothered and enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be back.

My husband & I celebrated Valentine’s Day a bit early and so glad we chose the Peoria location. The food was fabulous but what made our experience so amazing was Krista - so welcoming & friendly- Thank you! Definitely will be back.
