Brushfire Tacos y Tapas

Very dissapoonting, we ordered them for delivery and were not impressed at all. Their portions seem to have gotten smaller, prices higher, and quality of food lower! We placed the order thru their website, yet were missing every single saucr we ordered. Also we didn't get the sauce that comes with croquetes or the empanadas or the chocolate with churros! If you're going to charge us close to 90$ for breakfast, the least you could do is send us our sauces! Fireman bowls were very dry, along with the burrito! No sauce in any of those, it's safe to say we will not be ordering from this place again!

Had the breakfast burrito with salsa verde and a horchata, was in and out in less than 10 minutes , and the burritos and it's fillings were fresh and delicious. The horchata was the cherry on top with its authentic flavour and texture .

Really unfortunate customer service. Made Grubhub driver call to say they were out of Veggie tacos; refused to substitute fish or shrimp due to slight price difference. (Wife doesn’t eat their other meats)

Usually love this place and order from them through 3rd party so regularly that I have to double dash my husband something else.

This last visit was not a good one. I understand that some times there are issues because we are all human.

I wouldn’t even be writing this review if my 2 message to the store on their website were replied to or my attempts to call to get replacements were answered.

I spent almost $40 on breakfast tacos that would have been more accurately called a taquito.

I just want them replaced. Nothing crazy lol

What a joke if a restaurant.. over priced tacos. Got 2 birria tacos for 15.00 that were dry, ball of meat no toppings, wasn't offered any and the consume was bland... Birria is my favorite dish and was very disappointing trying it here.... High prices for crappy food. Don't bother.

This place can be REALLY GOOD! But can also be really TERRIBLE!. Here are a few things that I think they can work on.
I usually order the steak bowl. The last time I went was on June 6th and it was definitely a miss. When I got home the steak was super gristly and basically as hard as jerky. It was very disappointing, but too much trouble to go back. So it's a gamble that I no longer wish to take. I will stick with Chipotle where you can see the ingredients going into your bowl.
Also, the tip thing. You are charged before you get your food, which is normal. But since it's on a BIG screen, the staff can see what you tipped. This makes you feel pressured to tip.

Returning home from Prescott we stopped at a place for breakfast burritos. It’s a Mexican food place at the junction of the 17 and 69, but I refuse to name them because I will never mention or step foot in that place again. It’s in my reviews so you can see it and take heed please. Anyway, I had previously ordered Brushfire, and because I knew we would not be disappointed I ordered ahead due to being hangry! This place was yet again very good. I definitely recommend it and I’m very picky!
