Buca Buca Buca, I have never been so disappointed in forever. You use to be our go to for birthdays etc… it started off with having to wait in the lobby where I think you don’t eve. Have air conditioning..We got to our table 12 of us for my wife’s birthday. 3 of our plate had like black ash on them. Waiter brought out more and 2 of them had dried food stuck on them as well as a knife had a huge clump of food on it. Waiter could see it all very easily. We ordered several large entree’s. Not one of them tasted correct.. it was how 9 out of the 12 felt. The other 3 were younger. Again, we never thought we would have such a awful time and just really messed the night up for my wife.. it just put everyone in a bad mood and set the tone..The waiter was kind enough but just wasn’t enough for all the bad on this trip!!!!!!

I had the most delightful dinner at Buca di Beppo , where the pasta was as authentic as it gets, and the cozy atmosphere felt like a little slice of Italy. Our server, Meryl, was an absolute star—warm, attentive, and made our experience truly special. If you're lucky enough to have her, you're in for a treat!
