This Burger King seems like it’s busy enough to bring in good revenue. This message is for the Big Wigs- do better!! The employees need raises and the building needs renovations. My family of 6 visit here every couple times a year. We would spend more money/ come by once a week if the bathroom by the play area would work and if the service was faster! Like buy desserts once we’re done with our meal. Now look, I know the kind of neighborhood we live in. There are always one offs in customer service both customers and employees. But overall the kind employees look like they are trying and we can all do better with the homelessness in our community. Get access codes for the bathroom. The ceiling looks so run down but at least the furniture has improved. The downtown area has new businesses coming in and the area is still right off the freeway so traffic and business would soar with some improvements. Do better!!

This is the second time I've gone over for breakfast and the food given through the drive thru was old, stale and disgusting. You can't see in the pics how the bread and tots are HARD as a rock.

Horrible customer service. The guy at window was very disrespectful, rude, and bald. I would definitely NOT recommend nor come here again. I will drive further just so I do not come to this location. Food was horrible.

This place has gone down hills. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for awhile. And the place needs a remodel. Food was OK. Staff were nice and friendly. But only giving it the low rating for it being out dated and not so clean.

Been here many times for lunch as I work near by. Today I got a double whopper with cheese and I must say whoever is working the food line today put effort into making the burger delicious and very well built. The wrapper was wrapped tight and soon as I opened it I noticed that it was not distorted or a mess of lettuce in the wrapper. The ingredients were organized to perfection and both myself and my coworker agreed that this is like getting the perfect burger at a backyard picnic/bbq. Great job today at this Burger King. Wished I would have taken a picture before I ate it.
