So, the 2x I went here were drive thru and "later" night but still before closing. The 1st time I sat in the drive thru for like 5 mins with no one acknowledging me there....there was a random gentleman who was parked in a car outside and he asked me "they answer you yet?" And when I replied no, he told me to stay put and went inside for a moment and then someone finally said "Welcome to Burger King". That did not 100% bother me but why did it seem like someone's dad who was waiting to pick up the closing crew had to go in and tell people I was there? Maybe they were cleaning and stuff so I gave the benefit of the doubt, and they didn't mess up my food. 2nd time they took a while as well but this time I ordered online so once I made it thru the long wait in the drive thru and I got to the window, I paid and j didn't have to wait for my food this time. Part that sucks is, their drive thru isn't really moving like a fast food drive thru is all .. so I'll change my 2 stars to 3 because my food has been alright each time.

This was the best burger I have had from BK in a long time. Most other place skimp on the bacon and sauce. The food was great, the place was very clean and impressive. The clerk Jasmine was completely pleasant and even offered my special needs daughter a BK crown that made her day! Also to the kitchen staff you did great on the food today. I will be definitely coming back to this location!!

Ordered online. We got an Impossible Burger Meal with a shake (that we paid extra for). And a Whopper with cheese.
This location does not have shakes so I'm not sure why it is an option to order online. We go to get our food they tell us no shakes. They don't offer us anything else. We asked for a refund and they said it would come through the app. Well no refund. I reached out to support on the website the most they could do was give us a coupon to apply for a later order. I think this is ridiculous and poor customer service.
They also did not add cheese to the whopper with cheese.
So not only was our order missing an item we paid for, we also had an incorrect item.
This is extremely poor customer from this location and also with their online support. I don't mind paying if I get what I ordered but a refund should be given if items were missing.
The hamburgers were good but the mozzarella fries were dry, tastes they had been sitting, mushy inside. The taste on the thicker crust was ok. No shake machine. The screen when placing drive thru order was asked if everything looked right on the screen and i could not see anything other than a light colored picture of a whopper and even that was not real clear.. really bummed.

I said no problem. Waited. Watched the manager whistle and count a drawer while the restaurant was still open for another 30 minutes. Side note, why are you counting the drawer 30 minutes before you close if you're not cooking the books...says someone that has counted many drawers... Anyways, then José the manager, tells me I need to pull around to the front to wait for my food. I do. Fast forward 30 minutes later. Not a soul in sight. I did not have shoes on, so I called inside. The manager very abruptly tells me that there are only 2 of them. Well, he was doing NOTHING the 10 minutes I sat and watched him through the drive-thru window while others were also waiting for their food. He raised his voice and was very rude and condescending. I told him, I just want a refund, he said, "You went through the app, I ain't got nuthin' to do with that."
This seems to be a pattern - in reading other reviews.

We waited for ad15 right minutes waiting at the drive-through while my car overheated for a cheeseburger and french fries and we said well it should be free after this and they wouldn’t do it. I’m going to report this place to somewhere somewhere because this was ridiculous.

I don't normally eat out however I was in a crunch today. I ordered the $5.00 make your meal. I was first greeted by a really nice gentleman. I didn't quite know what I wanted to order.. he was patient with me. The sandwich was a little hardened but it was edible. The French fries were cooked to perfection & my soda choice was strawberry Fanta. Thx for a great meal.
