This is by far the best burger king I've ever been to. Super friendly staff, very focused, great communication not only with customers but with their coworkers as well. Very quiet and very clean. I highly recommend this joint.

i did order by Drive Thru placed four fish burgers with tow franch fries. today at 6:10 pm After waiting for twenty minutes, I went to the window to pick up my order the worker told me very rudely that I only have one sandwich. I asked him that I ordered four, and he answered me very rudely: If you do not like it, you can file a complaint the company!! Has the workers reached the point of speaking to customers like that ? Please monitor their ethics because this leads to many complaints against the branch.

Good food, terribly slow service. 2 years later and nothing has changed. I put in an online order and it took 40 minutes for them to fill it. And I watched as the woman behind the counter completely forgot that I had been standing there for 15 minutes waiting while she slowly filled up four bags full of chicken nuggets when my order was sitting there ready to be fulfilled.

Maybe I didn't use the coupon, but with such a price of 10 US dollars, no wonder everyone went in&out. The first time I came here twice, I couldn't see the store clerk. There was only a lot of chatting in the back kitchen.

I stopped in to grab my kids school lunch and asked for the orders to be bagged separately BECAUSE THEY WERE FOR MY KIDS LUNCH! The lady in the drive thru put two whoppers in one bag and two medium fries in the other bag and then put napkins and ketchup over the top. This would have been great but my kids are in 6 and 2nd grade and they eat lunch at separate times. So my son the second grader had 2 whoppers for lunch and my daughter had 2 medium fries. I would like to know what level of education or common sense do you have to have to bag a whopper and fries separately? Part of good customer service is LISTENING and the staff failed at that simple task today. Needless to say it made me very upset.

Team is always wonderful. From a restaurant manager to another...telling a customer your out of onions at 8pm is plain laziness. Do a pay out walk 50 feet to Walmart in your parking lot and buy some onions. That's not good business
