I ordered the Texas Double Whopper, but the patties were a bit overdone. Same with my wife's whopper. Staff needs to get it together. A customer in front of us waited over 20 minutes for his order. And, the lobby needs a lil care at the moment. My wife and I have decided to never return to this particular location.

Just came here and ordered a medium Whopper with Dr Pepper and a cheeseburger only mayo and tomato. We recieved a chicken sandwich with very old lettuce and cheese burger with ketchup added. Im on the spectrum so getting my food right is a must. This has happen so many times. Im too afraid to piss off the workers and talk to the manager about it (as if they care) so im posting here since this is a continuing occurrence. The burger king off of dove Valley is the better place to go.

Every time I go to this place, it takes close to 30 minutes for my family to get their food. We don’t ask for anything special no restrictions. And we never go during busy times. Last night we went there was two people in front of us that had already ordered and were waiting for their food. There was no one in the drive-through. There were three people working and a manager, and it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. We had arrived an hour before closing made our order and didn’t receive our food until 15 minutes before closing and then at the 10 minute mark the Manager rudely said five minutes and everyone has to leave and then lock the Door. I love Burger King, but they have closed half of their stores and when I moved to Arizona, I was excited to see that I had one across the street, but this one sucks and it’s not worth your time or money.

The manager Deb here is a good person and cares about the customers and her staff. I like to take advantage of some of their two for $5 or two for seven specials and the food gets a job done and tastes good. When you drop by say hi to Deb And grab yourself a sandwich and a cold drink!

Honestly for a place that is known for burgers, their burgers are the worst around. I never think oh ya I’m dying for a burger from Burger King. This restaurant chain has become so bad I actually hope the go out of business so they can stop serving their horrible food.

Ordered FOUR impossible whoppers (one as a meal), paid $38, only got three. It was right before closing and I didn’t check right away, so I couldn’t go back :( this was half hour ago. I have been here before and had gotten everything though. They also charged me $2.99 (soda price) for a Medium water :/
