Horrible service! I ordered pickup for a taco and side of beans. There was HARDLY any meat AND they forgot my side of beans!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Went for Taco Tuesday special which is a good deal. I had shredded beef / chicken tacos and they really tasted good BUT had to drain them first. Everything is sloppy wet which I don't care for but if you're okay with that- this place is for you. Only enough seats for about 10 people inside & feels crowded. Can sit outside if you want.

Customer service is very poor. People working there are not friendly at all.

Love the food it's a little pricey but im coming back.

Every time I order a burrito it's either super soggy because they don't drain the meat, even after you repeat that to them multiple times (This is Cafe Rio in general, not this location specifically.) So I ordered a steak burrito this time to see if I could have a burrito that I could actually eat without having to just in a bowl. Can you guess what happened after the first bite? Friggin' burrito blowout from multiple geometrics, as you can see from this recent picture from like a few minutes ago. I called the Cafe Rio phone number and the girl was really nice and helped me out. But Cafe Rio needs to make burritos that don't blow out or SOG you out, if that's the case, just give up on the friggin' burritos and do bowls only.

First time here today, April 23, 2025, and it was not something I'd be jonsing for again.
The bowl was just thrown together by the young guy making it, young guy, curlyfluffy hair. He lumped everything to one side pretty much. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there, and didn't really care.
The food was okay. Wasn't great. I won't be going back. Chipotle is better abd closer.

I think its ridiculous that I have to write a code on my receipt to present it at my next purchase!

Normally I love this place, but today was not it. Got home to eat and 1 bite, my rice was SALTY tasted like I bit chunks of salt. The workers showed more attention to people before and after us.

Follow up to restaurant response: That's nice, but I don't plan on returning. The food was very disappointing and not inexpensive.

I ordered 2 chicken tacos. The tacos were so bland and boring. The pico and sauces didn't help. My husband had 2 chicken enchiladas and only ate one for the same reasons. It's definitely not what I was expecting based on the 4-star rating. How difficult is it to make a decent taco? There were a lot of employees in the restaurant, but not one person was cleaning the dining area. The tables, floor and garbage cans were dirty and a real turn off. We were so disappointed.

Tried for first time and I’m a chipotle convert. This burrito is so much better than anything chipotle has ever given me.

I have to give zero Stars for the atmosphere. That restaurant was absolutely filthy, food was all over the counter underneath the in the kitchen on the floors and by the soda machines. It was just absolutely disgusting.

This is my first time trying this I recommend the nachos it is good and has alot of flavor I would definitely come back and service is awesome !😎🤟🏼
