Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

We did an online order and they were gonna close just over an hour before my wife did. They were out of the sauce that they have to cook each day for the salad. This is one of those things that she only gets from there because she loves the sauce that comes on this salad. They were gracious, however, they were overly accommodating. They credited back they offered anything we wanted, even though it was one meal gave us the original salad, offered me sodas and another meal, and I had already eaten… Above and beyond kindness, and always clean at any time we’ve been there.

I don’t say things are five stars, the food is great there it’s always consistently made with the quality you expect from this restaurant chain. However, without going into detail, Respond if you would want more detail. I already wrote a book, I am overly appreciative of how they went about it because I get weird in those situation.

I haven’t even eaten my food yet and I’m overly satisfied with my experience. The lady was an entire vibe. Like mija I got you. She was fast handling the line on her own. Then when we got to pay this other señora helped us with a good deal. All the toppings looked amazing, nothing looked dry or old. 10/10. I will be coming back to this location and look forward to it!

I think Cafe Rio is great. Such good food. And this location was no exception. The food was delicious. The service was awesome as well. Portion size is great. Make sure you come hungry.

They have half the options of a normal Cafe Rio so I couldn't even get what I wanted, and literally no one here spoke any English to help me figure that out.

Two stars for the presentation, but taste wise is not really that good or worth the price, I prefer Someburros. The food is always cold whether it’s delivery or in person, and this time I found a piece of onion skin inside my burrito. I’ve always had the feeling this place is not the cleanest or most organized for a food joint, it does reflect on the actual food and taste. Unfortunately it has potential but it’s being wasted on the wrong cook/staff and management, which is always the case in Arizona restaurants doing the bare minimum and always being rated 3, low 4’s on google reviews. Hard to find anything in this state that’s 4.5 or above.

Horrible experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We had such a great dinner and the service was amazing, thanks to their employees April and John. They were so friendly and helpful with my kids ordering their meals and April was the absolute best! She is the reason my family and I will be visiting again soon. What a great employee!!
