Their sweet pork is the best. Their tortillas are super soft and delicious. The amount of meat you get though is very inconsistent. Sometimes the quesadillas or burritos are overflowing with meat and other times you barely get any. Overall though it’s great.

Gave it a shot for the first time today & I was extremely impressed, I got a burrito & it was really good! The grilled chicken was delicious & fresh off the grill, the pico de gallo was super tasty as well, but man!!! The tomatillo sauce was next level!!!! Absolutely scrumptious, my taste buds were having an orgasm! WOW!!!!! So good.... And I got a free tres leches cake for doing a quick survey, that was also tasty. The customer service was 10/10! I will definitely be back!

Just tired and disappointed my online orders are consistently wrong. Have now resolved that I must go in to store and open my order to be sure it’s correct and extras are not missing. Good thing as items missing. No apologies from staff. ??? Why I now order about six months rather than monthly.

Don’t say an entrée doesn’t come with something just because you forgot to add it. This location is always leaving things out when I place an online order. Just say you messed up, fix it and keep it moving. I’ve worked in the food industry before, it is honestly that easy. I ordered the nachos, vegetarian protein with queso, and they didn’t add the rice or the queso. When my Fiancé advised some items were missing, the boy kept asking him if "he was sure" and proceeded to make up excuses why they didn’t add the rice or queso. Lock. It. Up. Cafe Rio.
Service was okay. I could barely understand the employee but I knew what I wanted so it wasn't a big deal. I came in Saturday for lunch so it was busy which is good for places like this. Food was fresh off the grill and tasty. It's like a Chipotle style restaurant. You pick the entree then the protein and then the toppings. I got nachos so I was happy to get some of the wetter items on the side so it wasn't soggy by the time I got home.

The food is a hit or miss! my main reason for leaving a review is there’s a older short lady on the line who is constantly patronizing the other workers she’s psycho, analyzing how much meat is put on the plate, saying you’re putting too much things of that nature certain things come with your meal however to her, she likes to give you an up charge, I’m pretty sure she is not the owner. The owners are on a yacht Sippin, fine wine, expensive wine they’re not on the line so for her to act in such a way as if it’s coming out of her check it’s baffling to me so watch out ladies and gentlemen.
